"We were able to use this lovely hotel as a base to explore Vai Beach and surrounding areas, then Ierapetra the next day.
One thing I really like about the hotel is that they let you check in as early as noon, and not leave until noon.

"As we checked in we were given a room with non functional AC and stains on the sheets. Smelled like old. At the second day we were changed in a better room with much better AC and better cleansed. Rooms are generally very small and bathrooms are unusual tight. Food was excellent and more than enough. "

"An excellent apartment (we were in Unit G with the outside balcony). While we found the inside space to be a bit “tight,” we found the two decks to be beyond spacious. The view is fantastic and the locale is ideal for the waterfront area.

"Good communication with hotel for organising parking and a later checkout on our last day. Parking at the hotel was close by. Check in was smooth and all staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Lovely large room with balcony and sea view. Our room was clean and tidy with a large comfy bed, air con, fridge, hairdryer, towels, robes, slippers and toiletries in the bathroom. Breakfast was included in the price and very good. "A wonderful hotel. Great staff. The location and grounds are lovely. Pools are so perfectly maintained with plenty of sun chairs. We used the fitness center, which you can reserve. It has everything you need for a good workout. Seafront restaurants are a short walk away. The Cretan House was our favorite. Right on the harbor with impressive food. Also liked the easy parking. If you drive in Crete you know what that means. Our 4 night stay was a highlight of our 6 week trip around Crete. Highly recommend. "
