"The staff was welcoming & friendly, attentive to needs, answering our questions. Service at deck was prompt, used shuttle to airport. This was a great bonus. The hotel is slightly dated like rooms with carpets. Carpets get smelly & makes rooms musty. Pool older but clean. Lacked any real shade. Asked for umbrella took awhile to get one. They really need to place a permanent shade area. Multiple people came out but rather to hot to sit & enjoy. Overall I’d stay again & recommend this hotel. Kudos to the staff for making us welcomed!!
