Hi Rob, Thankyou for taking the time to review our motel. I believe you booked a twin room and were upgraded to a spa room on arrival. Unfortunately the plumbing and the road noise is beyond our control and we do apologize for the inconvenience. We have only just recovered and renovated since the floods in 2022 which explains why we are only open limited days until we can get back up and running. We find menu prices are consistent with all other eating establishments in the area. We apologize for any misleading information, we have never had anyone complain about how long it takes to get to town also there is a safe traffic light pedestrian crossing for everyone's convenience. We hope your next stay in Ballina meets your needs.

Tea/coffee cups, saucers, glass cups and some cultery are also provided. Hi There, Thank you for your review. Your feedback is most valuable to us. Our split system heating and cooling can be set at a range of temperatures to suit all of our guests needs. We certainly understand that there is not a one temperature fits all approach. Unfortunately we have been unable to reinstate our hot breakfast due to covid restrictions on buffets and the ever changing state border closures.
