The Exeter Inn is a very special place. It is historic and comfortable. It is quiet, clean and convenient. What makes it special is the staff. We were warmly welcomed by Krys. We were a bit surprised by the size and location of the room we reserved. It was fine but not what we expected. Krys quickly and cheerfully moved us to a much better room. No problem. Thanks, Krys. The Inn has a beautiful bar and restaurant on the premises. Again, friendly and professional service. Sean was our waiter. He did his best to help make our dinner a memorable experience. He succeeded wonderfully. Check out was quick, easy and friendly thanks to Laurie. She invited us to return and we could see she was sincere. Everyone who works at the Exeter Inn cares about making their guests happy and comfortable. This is what excellent service is all about.
