Easy to find from airport on metro (subway) line. Groceries nearby. Excellent in house restaurant for breakfast and open until 4. It is an apartment not just a room, with a sitting area, kitchen, bedroom and bath. Nice linens and lots of them. Staff were very helpful and spoke English. Quiet. Safe neighbourhood.

Super clean and quiet. Well-run, well-maintained property. Comfortable accommodation, friendly, professional and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very good location for metro, train station and shopping. Reasonable walking distance to tourist attractions. Definitely recommend this place.

These apartments are really good. They aren’t modern gleaming white apartments and show some age but everything works well. The apartments are out of the noise and crowds of the areas lower down the hill and felt more like coming back to a real Lisbon neighbourhood than a tourist zone. A drawback to some may be the building is close to the landing path for the airport and there is some noise when the planes go over. There were really no flights overnight though so sleeping wasn’t an issue and not a huge factor to consider. More importantly, the apartments are close to a number of restaurants, a metro stop is a few minutes walk away, and there are shopping and at least 3 grocery stores the same distance. What really made this apartment great was the staff. They are all excellent and treated us like family. Adelia was especially friendly and had a great sense of humour. They are lucky to have her as she could easily run a higher end establishment. We would definitely good here if we came back to Lisbon.

Really disappointing. There was a problem with check-in, which meant I had to go backwards and forwards to the sister hotel down the road to get my key. Staff were unhelpful and disinterested. The room was a good size, but tired and worn. Paint missing on the walls and furniture, soap missing from the dispensers, gloomy. Just felt run down and neglected.

Good with a couple of quibbles!
Room was fine, clean and spacious. Folks at the front desk could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Wi-Fi, however, was Very Poor, not secure and not available in certain places in my room, kept cutting in and out in others-I suggest an upgrade. Some confusion about where to check in, whether there or at parent hotel. I went to parent hotel only to be directed to the residencia where reception is open from 9 to 12:30 and 1:30 to 6–not all day. Overall a good experience.

It was close to the city center. However, the reception hours were limited, so we had to go to a different location to check in.

The room was conveniently located close to groceries, shopping centre and the metro. The room was a bit dated but cool ( air con) and the main bedroom beds were comfy. Note there is no oven in the kitchen. We didn't like the fact there was no dish soap or sponge and we had to ask for simple things to clean the dishes. All apts with kitchens should be supplied with a modest amount of dish soap, a sponge and a dish towel or two. House-keeping does come daily although we didn't need it.

They are not well prepared to respond to guests' needs and staff do not really care to do it. It's a combination of attitude and lack of resources. Example: The first day we did not get bath towels, so we requested some to the front desk person. They said that the cleaning person would bring the towels to the room. They did not. We requested again and got the same answer from the front desk. They did not bring anything, so we had to go and look for the cleaning person to get the towels. They said they would bring them to the room. They did not. Terrible response to customer needs.

Adequate and decent value for money.
The apartment was clean, check in was OK although after 6pm you need to go to another location. We arrived close to midnight on a rainy night so had to take a taxi from check in. A basic welcome pack would have been appreciated, for example something to make a hot drink and perhaps a litre or two of water. There was builders next door when we stayed that started work at 8am. The apartment is directly under the flight path to Lisbon Airport, that didn't bother us but may need to be taken into account if booking. Room tidied and towels changed daily. Overall a pleasant stay, not too far from the main tourist spots, metro 3 mins away.

This property is in an excellent location close to major shopping, dining, and transportation. For the price, it is much better than a normal hotel room because you have a kitchen and it is roomy.

Location is amazing
Location is amazing..very close to corte Ingles, s sebastiao metro station and sete rios train station to name a few. Check in was a little confusing, there's a reception at this property so you don't need to go to the main hotel to check in before 6pm. The apartment is very dated and the carpet in the apartment needs a good cleaning and steam.i would book again.

The apartment was nice. The location is great 5 minute walk to the metro. Housecleaning worked just fine. The staff up front was very helpful. WIFI worked all the time. I would go again. I HOPE they get better quality mattresses. It felt more like a box spring than a real mattress.

The check-in agent was great! The apartment was spacious and clean but needed some upgrades. It was close to the metro for a quick trip around the city. No breakfast available on sight but restaurants/cafes close by

Only minus was the bed, very uncomfortable, needs a thicker mattress . Very spacious and well equiped , staff were helpful. Safe did not work but staff were fine about putting your passports ect in their safe. There is a kettle but you need to bring your own tea, coffee station is by reception. Very easy to get to from Airport (metro red line) and (blue line for downtown). Also easy walk to varoius resturants around apartment and there is a big shopping supermarket and take away food close by. It is well worth a walk throught the park to the right of the Con Ingles centre, they have a good view point plus very good greenhouse gafdens and pond half way down on the right. You can easily walk all the way to the old town and sea front as it is all down hill.

We love that it is located very close to the metro station, big mall with plenty of restaurants and bakery to choose from. And a supermarket as well. We had the whole apartment complete with kitchen, TV and strong WiFi connection. The staff is very friendly and helpful. After check out, we asked if we could leave our luggage until later in the afternoon since our flight wasn’t until 8:00pm. We definitely will recommend this place to our friends and families when they visit Lisbon.
