Staff was excellent. Room average. First meal was pretty good. Second food of chicken wings for 14 euros was 6 very tiny wings - ridiculous.

The beds were fairly hard and uncomfortable and there was no hair conditioner in the shower. The staff was wonderful though!

The hotel was okay, but the beds were hard, and the surrounding area was not clean or safe feeling. Hardly any places to eat nearby.

The property is staring to show it's age in the bathroom we had, doors rattling loud air conditioning. We only ate breakfast there, it was not memorable. The cooked food was tasteless, a number of trays on the buffet were empty, and it was too expensive for what it was.

The bathroom in the room I stayed had black mold around the shower. The room was super hot and even when we tried to cool it down, it didn’t cool the room. My stay was too short, so it was not worth trying to sort out.

We stayed in this hotel last year and it was great. We came back this year again and it was different experience. We stayed for 3 nights and the 3 nights my shower drain was not working and keep asking them to fix it and no one did. We called Ana complained 3 days in a row and no one came to fix it. Cleaners did a great job on cleaning but did not replace the coffee cups and did not refill the coffee station. We had 3 rooms and all three rooms like that. Hope management improve on these points.

We were not expecting the hotel to demand instant payment for things that we ordered. When we ordered dinner through room service, the waiter came and demanded immediate card payment even though we were there for another two nights and did not agree to charging it to our room. We found this a bit odd as most hotels we booked at Expedia did not behave in this strange manner like we were running away without paying. So in a nutshell, disappointed with the service.

So I needed to have a hotel that had a restaurant because of Christmas Eve and Christmas day and nothing else being open. I wouldn’t do that again I would get an apartment with a kitchenette. The restaurant meal was set and expensive. The remainder of the meals offered on other days by the restaurant were not particularly well done, and there wasn’t always a choice. The bar had minimal amount of choice, but the food was better. When I arrived, the heating system wouldn’t work and someone had left the window open so it was quite cold. They sent a service guy up to fix it and it wasn’t fixed properly. I was there for nine days and the heating system ran very loudly nonstop. It wasn’t being temperature controlled properly at all as well. The mini fridge wasn’t turned on properly, I turned it all the way up to cold and it’s still spoiled my yogurt. The walls are thin. You could hear your neighbours coughing the doors are very heavy so they slam. Generally everything was clean, although I did find some kind of a bug in the bathroom, on the 14th floor The location close to a metro but that’s all There is a grocery store but without a mini fridge it’s useless , It’s 20 minutes to either downtown or to the bus station on the other side of town. It is convenient if you’re going to the airport or the main train station to do out of city trips. The staff were super friendly, and they all spoke English, so it was convenient. Feels isolated

Wanted to stay close to the airport with our rental car instead of downtown Lisbon for our last night in Portugal. There was a Metro stop right across the street so getting around was easy.

Yo tenia un vuelo a Italia con escala en Lisboa d 13 hrs. Mi avion llegò a las 5 am, y yo volaba para Roma a las 8pm, reserve este hotel solo para descansar un rato y dejar el equipaje para pasear por Lisboa. Llegue a las 5am y tan amable el personal d recepcion, me dieron la habitacion desde esa hora, asi q mi niña y yo puedimos dormir un rato. El hotel entero muy limpio, bien bonito, cerca del aeropuerto y con una vista hermosa. ME ENCANTÓ. Note: El app no me deja subir las fotos

It is a safe hotel, very close to the metro line going to the airport, it has a supermarket closeby, traditional bakery next to it, but also restaurant and bar on site if you’re arriving late. Check in can be done until late. Breakfast is cheap and good. Would recommend!
