Very mordern design, clean, quiet room. Staffs were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast were acceptable. The location is near metro station which is easily connected to the centre and next to train station which took lese than an hour to reach Sintra city. Overall, it is extremely comfortable experience, very recommended.

Love the room was spacious (Europe travelers know what I’m talking about), room was clean as could be, nice little balcony, lots of outlets to plug in our electronics, good wifi, near metro station, near airport, in a more modern part of town, but you can easily dislocate from there to anywhere. And I didn't have a car with this stay, but if you rent a car or something parking will not be a problem in this area. Super recommend this one! Safe travels!

Stay was good except one discomfort with the washroom tub. It was a tall tub and the weird position of glass door opening inside was causing trouble in getting in and out. Rest was all good.

Great hotel with big rooms and a terrace. Location is far from the center but the metro is 5 minutes from the hotel. Overall a very nice hotel.

Great hotel. Great service. Has a modern feel. Very clean. My room was in one of the highest floor and I had a nice view of the city from my balcony. It was my one night stop to take my flight home the next day.

Journey to Lisboa
Room was clean and comfortable. The best part of staying at your hotel was your staff. The staff was very accommodating, specially at checkin. There was a large group and after expressing our concern , the person at the front desk made a floor adjustment and was very understanding the gesture was incredible appreciated after a long journey to Lisboa.

Location good. Close to subway and train. In middle of community neighbourhood. Very new unit with comportable bead. The only thing was the wifi was not working in the room.

I did a quick overnight during a flight and was really glad I stayed here. Clean well appointed bathroom. Coffee maker in room. Quiet with a great breakfast. I will stay here again.

only 16 hours stay on this hotel
The hotel was clean and excellent, but due to the cancellation of the flight by Emirates Airlines, we were only able to stay in this hotel for 16 hours instead of two days, and we asked the hotel for a refund of one day, which it did not accept and did not understand my situation.

Perfect for a quick trip to the airport
Quick stop with a desire only to be close to the airport. This is a business hotel more than a tourist hotel, and they are very kind to foreign speakers. That’s not always the case in non-tourist streets. But everything worked perfectly, including A/C.

I was quite impressed with this Hotel. I had a very nice Balcony room with a nice view. The room was quite spacious. The breakfast was very nice. They were very friendly people and I would certainly consider staying there again!

Cleanliness, the included breakfast bar, front desk efficiency and courtesy were positive points. The view of the city was good. We were lucky to find a nearby parking space with no fee as it was a holiday. The drive to the airport was about 10 minutes.

Lovely hotel, little outside the centre but Ubers were cheap. They charge for mini bar and coffees, loved that each floor was themed, very comfortable stay.

We only stayed for one night but we had a wonderful experience. We travelled with a 6 month old and the hotel provided a playpen WITH sheets…it was all ready for my daughter to sleep in. I’ve stayed in other hotels and this wasn’t the case. Bed is super comfortable, the sink in the bathroom is actually the perfect size to bathe a baby (just put a towel down, and the view of the city is breathtaking. The staff is friendly and speaks English, works very quickly to get you anything you need. I was very impressed with the level of service. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Lisbon. The taxis to the city are only 10-12 euros but if you prefer the metro, there’s a station at walking distance.

We stayed here our last night before leaving Portugal. The hotel is just a quick metro ride to both downtown and the airport. Hotel staff were nice and very helpful. We even got to check-in a little early. Room, including bathroom were very clean, modern and quiet. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

Overall my stay was solid. Hotel room was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. Location was a little inconvenient, but the metro station is a couple blacks away. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is in Lisbon for a couple nights and is on a particular budget.

We arrived after an overnight flight from Canada. We were checked in for three nights by an agent( Caesar) who was good. However the main manager on duty was spouting orders to all the desk clerks. He was aggressive and borderline rude. When we got up from a short nap I realized we had been assigned a room much lower quality. I went down to the desk and the manager tried to tell me that I was at fault. I showed him my copy( I’m old so I still make copies) and he had Caesar assign a much higher level room I had paid for. Other than the mgr this is an excellent spot to stay in Lisbon. Breakfast was decent and we ate in the hotel tonight and it was great. The main mgr for the restaurant ( a lady) was exceptional in her service. My wife is celiac and she made sure all was fine. I would definitely come back here and stay. The subway( Roma station) is a five minute walk and then once on the train 15 to Rossi’s.

Very close to train station and the Metro. Its quiet and very clean. Breakfasts are excellent. Room is large. Staff are great. Beds are incredibly big, thats because its 2 bases next to each other, 1 of our bases was higher than the other. Also, our room seemed cold,( we stayed in Jan ) there is a AC unit in room, but it did not warm the room up. There is a mini bar, which obviously you get charged for, but there will charge you for the bottled water and coffee left for you in the room, thou its clearly marked.
