Stayed for 5 nights at this property in March. Very centrally located, walking distance to downtown area. Park nearby. Excellent condition, staff were very helpful and friendly. Pedro, the manager at the restaurant onsite was one of the friendliest and helpful staff we have seen! He gave us suggestions for things to do, stories about Lisbon and surrounding areas, best pastries etc. The only reason for a 4 star for cleanliness is because we found some trash left on the room floors even after the cleaning crew had finished their rounds. Would surely recommend!

Great views of the city. Room was surprisingly large. The pull out bed for our daughter had a normal mattress and was very comfortable. Service staff was great.

I strongly recommend this hotel for your stay in Lisboa. The location is nice , close to the city center but not in the middle of it. Walkable . And the best, the staff at concierge, reception, doors ... excellent.

The staff is friendly and personable. Also everyone is very helpful. Facilities are beautiful and very easy walking distance to downtown. Portugal is know for it hills, but the walk to downtown was not bad at all and that is from someone who is a senior who is not the most fit person in the world

Bathrooms need some attention. There was some slight mold on the shower and floor tiles. The staff, breakfast and restaurant were all awesome. Room was serviced twice daily and multiple transportation choices available at the main entrance. Would definitely stay there whenever in Lisbon.

The property and service is great but the location is far from most attractions unless you are willing to walk a relatively long time or catch a cab every time you leave the hotel.

Great hotel in the heart of Lisbon
The hotel is in a great location of the city and offers an amazing breakfast with made to order eggs, fresh juiced and variety of coffee. The bathrooms are spotless with great amenities including robes snd slippers. The employees are all fluent in English and my kids really enjoyed room service.

I had a nice stay at the Intercontinental. The rooms are nice, although poorly lit in the room hallway and bathrooms. The swivel mirror attached to the bathroom wall should include a light option. I was not offered the 500 points as the hotel is part of the IHG “Green Initiative”. That needs to be rectified.
