Perfectly located in the city centre, hotel Fenix was clean, friendly and value for money. Abit noisy throughout the night, but it is a busy city! Apart from that, staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were nice and clean and the beds comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here my final night in Portugal. Knew I wouldn’t be there long so was happy to find an inexpensive but clean & nice place. It was a quick 15-20 min Uber from airport which was convenient cause trains weren’t running at 5am. It is close to the train as well so location is decent - it’s a long walk to some of the neighborhoods. It doesn’t look great from outside & is on the super busy roundabout so could hear some horns. Overall a good, affordable option.

Friendly staff and overall the room was nice. My only complaint would be the lack of insulation from the windows. They must have been single pane glass next to the busy street, because the noise level was so loud that I kept thinking the windows had to be open!

This is a great value, well run hotel that is well located and close to the Metro system. The rooms are so well thought out: socket next to the bed, huge window out to your personal patio (I was on 8th floor). Electric blind, well lit bathroom, fridge, tea and coffee. The team on reception were all very friendly and cheerful. And I got up late on one of my days, not leaving the room until 2pm - and my room was still made up. A pleasant surprise. Thank you Fenix! I will definitely come back.

Super convenient and centrally located right near Marquis de Pombal Square (and Station). Our room was a good size and perfect for our (2-night) stay. Our room also faced the back, so outside noise was not an issue. The beds were comfortable and the shower was good, though it was slow to drain at times. The staff were very kind and helpful! Note: there are a few HF hotels connected / right next to one another. We initially went to the wrong one but the front desk staff was able to look up our reservation for the correct HF hotel.

We spent three nights at the Fenix. It was near the metro and an easy walk along the Ave Liberdade to get to shopping and sightseeing. Diane at the reception desk was so helpful with tours and general information.

Arrived at the hotel around 9am from overnight flight from Newark. The hotel staff took great care of us first by taking in our bags and then by offering to book a hop on hop off Lisbon tour (Grey Line) for the day. You can see the main terminal from the Hotel window. By the time we were ready to go, a room was available and I was able to take a quick nap and shower to start a great 2 day visit to Lisbon before our cruise.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Great value, beds and pillows were comfortable. Our King bed was even bigger than ours back home! The a/c worked well.. Hotel was very clean, great housekeeping..location is great! Breakfast was really good! Plenty to choose from. New items daily, hot and cold selections. Loved the coffee.. would recommend and stay here again.. only negative was shower was small, but they do have other rooms with a bathtub instead..

Front staff was nice. I'd like to particularly thank Lili who was kind when I checked in. If you want breakfast, they prefer you sign up at check in - not day-by-day. Short hill to get to front door of hotel. Wine shop a little further up the hill. Safe area.

We picked the hotel as it was easy to get to for both the Old Twon of Lisbon and also the airport using the metro. Getting from the airport took about 20-25 mins and in a couple of stops you could be at the edge of the Old Town. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble in terms of making sure you got the best from our stay in Lisbon. Great breakfast with lots of choice of hot and cold food and local delicacies. The hotel is in a convenient location but it is next to a busy junction so there was some road noise but we had a room facing the road and there were other options. All in all very pleased with the hotel and would recommend.

It was furnished so beautifully--light and bright. And the room had a gorgeous terrace (I think all rooms did). It was very convenient to the metro, and a short uber ride from everywhere. Just a great find.

10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon.
Beds were massive. Rooms were immaculate on arrival and whenever we would return in the evening. Got free cake and wine as it was my birthday which was a good surprise. 1min walk from the Metro which takes you straight to the city centre. Several bus stops within a 2min walk. Staff were very kind and helpful. 10/10.

Loved this hotel. Great location next to the Metro. Staff were excellent. Great view from our window at the front or the hotel but got some traffic noise being on the 1st floor. I would definitely recommend this hotel. From the airport, we got ripped off by the taxi driver. €28. Hotel staff got us a taxi to return to the airport. Cost €8.75.

This hotel was honestly more than I could’ve hoped for for the price. I spent a few days before this at a nearby hotel for double the price and my time at Fenix Garden was just as good. The hotel is centrally located, near to transit. It was clean, spacious, safe, what more could you ask for?
