The Hotel is under construction, so breakfast isn’t offered and TV and Wi-Fi during the first 24 hours were non-existent. The second and third days they worked. Had a downstream of 5 Mbit, which is enough for Netflix and video calls. The staff is super nice and excused for the construction. If you only look for a clean room, an ok bed, and don’t want to pay extra, then this hotel works great.

Bad cleaning. Horrible wifi. Great staff.
Good place to sleep but don’t do it if you need to work remotely from there. Their wifi is so bad I wish they had said they didn’t have it. I had to go to the laundry place next to the hotel and steal their wifi pretty much the whole time I stayed there. Also the bathrooms aren’t cleaned properly and a lot of mould can be seen. The staff is really nice though.

I would NOT stay here again. The only good thing was the receptionist Wesley - the sweetest. However, the room had a mould smell, and in the first day our air conditioner was dripping water all over the floor. It was fixed in the following day, but for some reason in the second day they also removed the bathroom drain, so the pipe was exposed, and accumulating water - disgusting. This was by far one of the worse hotels we have ever stayed.

Simple but nice.

4bedrooms over 4 floors with breakfast room on 1st floor, a very good ,clean hotel with a excellent breakfast. Would come back. Rooms at back have some noise from hospital car park at rear of hotel

Our room was small, but perfect. Beds comfortable. Air conditioning works well. Great service at reception. Very friendly. Held our bags after checkout. Breakfast included. Water bottles provided in your room. Would return if back in the area.

A little deceptive
I think I was expecting more, since it was so well rated. The area is very noisy, there’s some kind of bump in one of the streets on the back of the hotel and it makes a loud sound every time a car pass by. The air conditioning is setup as Fan and there’s no way to change. The breakfast was ok. Nothing special. The fact that you have to go up a flight of stairs and take the small elevator before being able to talk to someone is unexpected and uncomfortable. It’s not a bad hotel for a 3 stars. But because of the reviews and the price , I was expecting more.

Nice Hotel
This is a nice little hotel near the city centre of Lisboa. The staff was very nice and assisted us with all our inquiries. Also, the breakfast was very basic but good. The rooms are well maintained and kept nice. The only negative is the rooms are rather small, but again, you are in the middle of Lisbon. I recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was not that good. Bread with cheese or halal-meet. No vegetables. Good coffee though. Only one key to room and port, so not possible to go out alone at night without leaving the other one without electricity in the room, or without a key in. VERY small bathroom.

Very cosy hotel within short distance of major attractions. Nice and clean property with very polite and friendly staff. Room was nice and well optimized.. Received couple of boxes of chocolate as welcome gifts😀. My only gripe would be that the showers are quite small and had two shoers in the bathroom. Breakfast was good too.

Stayed only x4 nights.
We felt comfortable and safe. All that we needed was available. Small friendly, cosy place. We got advice on how to get to places and what ticket to get. It was my first time travelling for awhile felt confident. Will definitely stay again. Close to Metro so able to get about and made great use of our time. They had information available on places you can visit. The breakfast set you up for the day. Nothing was too much. I felt able to approach and ask if needed to. Even able to book my taxi night before to the Airport. Lots of other Amenities available. Price of stay was good as well. Well worth. And a bonus the weather was fantastic. Next time I'll listen to my friend and take trainer shoes as better for walking on cobble streets. Thank you. Have

We had to wait until 4 p.m until we could check in. Afterwards there was a problem with our room which took forever to be solved.

Dear We regret that you was desappointed with check-in time. You have to understand that check-out time is 12 o´clock and we have to chean 18 rooms (fortunately we are always full booked). A City Break
A 3 day break.5 minutes to nearest metro (Anjos). Walking distance to river about 20-25 minutes. Easy to get to the castle, monastery (Jeronimos) and other sites. Parts of Lisbon are very hilly - especially around the castle and the Fiera da Ladra (street market open on Saturdays and Tuesdays). We managed to fit in everything we wanted to do. We eat locally in cafes rather than tourist restaurants (try cafe courage afternoon in the rua dos Anjos - very friendly, very clean and reasonable prices). I will say watch out for pick pockets - my buttoned down pocket was opened and wallet taken on my last day in the town. Plenty to see and do get yourself a good guide before going and plan what you want to see. Lisbon is not a huge place and easy to get around. Be prepared to queue for the popular sights.

Pleasant stay
It was a nice hotel room with everything you could want or need in the room. The dual cycle air conditioner was nice on the cooler evenings. The combination of block out blinds and shutters meant I could sleep in a very dark room with less noise from outside. Hotel staff were great and had preempted any questions I had upon arrival which was nice.
