Nice apartment , easy to walk everywhere with plenty of restaurants around. It’s a busy and noise street but you can’t hear it from the apartment if you close the double glass windows. Inside the apartment it’s okay, modest but comfortable it can use some improvements regarding to the bathroom like more hooks for towels, liquid soap dispensers in vanity and inside shower but this are minor things that can be improved by the owners. The washing machine was easy to operate but there is no dryer so cloth has to be dried in a provided rack. I did had a present time with my family and communication was very easy via WhatsApp.

This property was OK. Communication was decent, access is OK. It's aggravating having so many blown lightbulbs you cant see the front door or the staircase and the area outside can be pretty loud though that's typical in this district. Beds aren't that comfortable but pass like a Motel 6. Shower leaks. I wouldn't stay here again though it wasn't awful. There are nicer places nearby.

The location was incredibly convenient. Most spots were within walking distance, and with public transportation options, it made it effortless to explore the area. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, providing a cozy retreat after a day of exploration. Overall, my experience at Chiado Apartments was nothing short of fantastic. If you're looking for a convenient stay with access to nearby amenities and excellent transportation options, I highly recommend booking a stay here.

Wonderful stay!
We thouroughly enjoyed our stay. We travelled with our 1 year old son, and we were allowed to check in very early, which was so great with an early arrival and jet lag! Any question was answered quickly and thouroughly. Check-in was easy (as was checkout), the location was wonderful, and the apartment was clean and fully stocked!

This apartment, (1Bedroom, Rua Garrett 26) was located in an ideal area near restaurants, shopping and several tourist sites. It was so central that we really wouldn't have wanted to stay in any other areas. The apartment is very quiet with the windows closed, but of course noisy if left open. We actually enjoyed watching all the action on the street. It was clean and comfortable and there is a washer/dryer in the unit. However, there were no instructions on how to use this foreign made machine. We would definitely recommend this area and this apartment if staying in Lisbon.

Condo was in a very good area for walking to many restaurants. I literally parked my car on Friday and didn’t move it until Tuesday. Can be very noisy at night, but I knew that before I rented it. It’s on a hill so there is lots of up and down walking.

The apartment I stayed in had a great corner view. It can be a bit noisy at night, highly walkable area, key was a bit challenging to find and get with bags in hand. Property and things inside are a bit old / out of date and one of the couches needs to be replaced. Was covered in stains and a bit dirty.

Perfect location for everything, easy to walk, tram or taxi. Great street culture right outside the door. Clean, simple, comfortable apartment, great views of street from corner of second floor. Could not imagine a better base for three night stay. Very prompt and courteous responses to our few queries and minor problems. Highly recommended.

Spacious, great location, clean -full amenities.
The apartment had two floors! It is a place I could easily live in. Kitchen with full amenities, which we only really used for breakfast. TV area, dining room and the bedrooms were spacious so plenty of room for luggage and packing and unpacking. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 4 nights as a family holiday trip. Spacious flat with 2 washrooms instead of 1 in a one bedroom apartment!!! Great location for shopping, eating options ( food court inside shopping center 1 minute away) and Baixia underground station only few minutes walking. Only downside is area can be noisy until quite late at night ( expected due to location) and noise of underground line at night- on balance these were not much problem for us. Would we consider stay here again? YES

We really lucked into finding this place. It just so happened to be in a perfect spot, walkable from all the local attractions and plenty of restaurants. Charming, busy outside during the day, yet quiet at night. Communication was friendly and thorough. View was fantastic. My family loved our first trip to Europe thanks in part to this wonderful home away from home.

Apartment was dirty towels were not clean one was stained with what looked liked washed out blood tea towels stained filthy throw over sofa I removed throw to reveal soiled torn cushions I have seen a lot better in the rubbish dump tv not working picture had interferene mould arround kitchen worktops and even worse around bath tiles the dinner table wooden top was spilt and covered with stains the whole flat is rundown I purchased new towels and a pair of flip flops to avoid catching something I have been to Lisbon many times and the flats are immaculate this is the most disgusting property I have stayed in over 30 years of travelling in Europe

Chiado Apartments was the perfect place to stay with a group of friends visiting Lisbon for the first time! The apartment couldn’t have been more centrally located and everything was in walking distance. The apartment was comfortable and we had everything we needed for a short break.

This apartment was fantastic! Amazing location with elevators to our floor. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Being in a busy area, we thought the apartment would be noisy but it was incredibly quiet. The temperature control was excellent. We were very happy with our stay.

We chose this apartment based on the picture. It is not what we got. The building felt safe and was in a good location; however, the apartment itself needs upgrading. The furnishings were old and worn like they were just old pieces someone no longer wanted. The couches were sucken and stained. The mattress was super hard, the internet kept going out and I was unable to use my computer for work. The a/c did not work well (the host did send someone to check and it worked for a couple of days and then not so well again). Thank God for a nice breeze outside and large windows(they were beautiful and the view was nice). The washer and dryer came in handy for our long stay. The water pressure and temp in the shower was great. It is above a club so a bit noisy at night but we didn't mind. Because we stayed 10 nights, I would have liked it to be more inviting. I really couldn't relax on the couch due to the condition and the bed took a toll on my husband. This would be a great apartment if the host would invest in the furnishing and decor. The area around was so nice that the inside of the apartment seemed out of place. It has so much major potential. Overall the host was nice and we enjoyed our time in Portugal.

Cons are the main bathroom shower wets all the floor, needs a curtain, kitchen and bathrooms are slightly outdated and only one key to access apartment which makes it hard if people want to go separate ways, they have to wait for each other!

Great central location. Apartment well kept and spacious. It has several amenities, including a washer/dryer and kitchen, which are perfect for a busy traveler. Great instructions and communication with staff. Extremely helpful! I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment faces a beautiful square, the location is perfect, the view from the apartment is spectacular, but the apartment needs better cleaning, there is dust on the night tables, there is dust under the bed and hair in the bathroom, the apt needs to be updated, despite everything it was a pleasant stay

Spacious apartment in a nice central location.
This apartment is in a fantastic location. Chiado is upscale and central. We could walk everywhere and were only 3 minute walk to the metro. Close to the water, restaurants, barrio alto (clubs), and shopping. Just perfect to explore. Apartment is spacious, on the third floor and accessible with elevator (although one of the two elevators was out during our stay). The plaza where the apartment is located is very busy and sometimes it can get noisy but the apartment has terrific windows and when closed, you hear nothing. Check in and out was easy and we were able to securely store our luggage until our flight…. Which was a big plus. Cons: The only real negative was the quality of the towels, which was poor. The grey smaller towels were bleach stained and gave a bad impression. New and better quality towels would greatly improve the experience. No Kitchen or paper towels were provided, which was inconvenient. Washer/dryer worked well but recommend that you only use the delicate cycle as it is very rough on the clothing otherwise. All in all a very good experience and good value. I would recommend for your stay.

Relax in lisbon
Communication was prompt. The location fantastic, spacious and as great as the photos show. Bed was comfortable and the bathrooms large by EU standards. The windows provide great light and breeze. They also offer a driver from airport, he was all set and ready to go.
