Parking is Terrible and they aren’t very helpful to get your bags down in the pouring rain. You must walk out to the parking area outside the city.

Everything is perfect. Breakfast (including coffee) is amazing. We have to climb a few steps to our room (with big luggage), but the staff is more than happy to help.

Beautiful property inside the castle walls. Hotel staff, including Samuel, were so helpful and kind. We loved this hotel and being able to walk around the castle. The free parking is across the street in a public parking lot. Not a big deal once you know where to go. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in an excellent location; close to all the shops and restaurants and even walking distance to two grocery stores. The room was spacious, clean and quiet, we had a beautiful balcony overlooking the patio below and the old wall, we would occasionally see people walking the ramparts. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond, Ricardo at the front desk was extremely helpful with recommendations and very nice to talk to. Would strongly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel and we were welcomed with a Ginjinha cocktail. Only issue is the parking is not as noted on the reservation acknowledgement. You need to park in the lot where the public cars and buses park. You will need to roll your luggage to the hotel or contact them and they can help you. Very nice hotel in a cool area. Would recommend it.

The hotel itself was very pleasant, right in the middle of a very pretty town. We had an awful time with our luggage. We were unable to figure out how to drive in front of the hotel to drop off the bags. The desk clerk was no help, no maps and only a very general set of directions to drive around in a big circle. When we finally dragged the bags to the hotel, there’s a substantial set of stone steps to the front door.

The property was very well maintained. the rooms were perfect. The staff couldn't do more to make you feel comfortable. Walking the coble stone streets was a challenge. .

Beautiful property in interesting medieval castle town. Do yourself a favour, park in the available lot outside the castle walls and walk in. Not far from the town gate. Roads inside a bit stressful to navigate

We had a nice large room and comfortable room inside the city walls. However the shower controls needed work. Our friends who stayed in another large and comfortable room at the hotel also had problems with their shower controls. The hotel should address this issue.

Very nice boutique hotel (including for its price). Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Being inside of Óbidos' walls, getting there by car and parking is not easy, but you will be rewarded.

Beautiful hotel
I loved staying inside the walls of Obidos. The room was gorgeous-especially the bathroom. The people were incredibly nice. Loved everything.

We do not have a private parking since we are located inside the castle walls, national patrimony, but it is possible to enter the castle walls and stopping on our street for checking in and checking out. Afterwards, there is a quite safe and free parking option, 3 minutes wlaking distance from the Hotel.

We really appreciated Natalia’s help and knowledge. The other people seemed a little less helpful, but they were friendly. The breakfast seemed a little disorganized. The amount of scrambled eggs brought out at one time were enough for about 3 people, when many more than that wanted them.

The hotel is fine but they should send you and email and map as to where to park. As a walled city, parking is not the easiest and it would be helpful to have some advanced knowledge of where to park and where to go. Otherwise, the hotel is located superbly snd, staff, cleanliness is all good.

Everything. So quaint staying inside a walled town. Literally the wall was your back fence. Beautiful town. Caution. Park outside and walk in to find out how to drive into the town. If you have any type of SUV forget driving in. Way too tight once you even find the entrance!!!

I liked my room a lot. It’s kind of old fashioned. But that’s the attraction. The staff who helped me at the front desk was a little bit slow. But I’d stay there again.

Highly recommend staying at this boutique hotel. The rooms are unique and gorgeous with incredible views of the castle walls and interior of the castle streets. Service was excellent as well as the lovely breakfast!

Nice quiet hotel in walled city. Helpful staff. Very challenging to park nearby. Must be willing to walk on cobbles with luggage to reach hotel entrance
