In the mornings you can pick fruits from our trees. Enjoy fresh coffee & pastries from the cafe across the street. Surrounded by vineyards, there are lots of hiking, biking trails, wineries and beaches all within 20mins. No washer had to go to a laundromat. Parking was inconvenient. Listing said house not a house divided into separate units. Bathroom sink leaks on floor shower pan is dirty.
