Nearby you may reach fantastic view points, the well known street vintage market "Feira da Ladra", the national monument of Pantheon, and walking by the very centre of Lisbon and go around. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a four-person dining table. There's also a private terrace to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink at the table and chairs provided. The air conditioning is in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to cook homely meals, such as an oven, a stovetop and a fridge. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a queen bed, and the second 2 single beds. The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitised for your safety. Guests will have access to the entire apartment! We will be available to help you and give you all the information you may need. Neighbourhood very typical and quiet Graça is a neighborhood that stretches along the flanks of one of Lisbon's seven hills. Here you can feel the true Lisbon atmosphere and meet its inhabitants. Away from the hustle and bustle of the most touristy areas, here you can find tranquility in a popular neighborhood, whose house facades are covered with azulejos. A few minutes walk from the center of Lisbon, it’s a quiet residential area with a supermarket, café-bakeries and restaurants nearby. Near the apartment, you will have the opportunity to visit two fantastic views: \- Miradouro da Graça, around the old church, offers views of the neighborhoods of Mouraria and Alfama and St George's Castle; \- Miradouro do Senhora do Monte, even more spectacular, admires almost all Lisbon to the Tagus. The best way to get to Graça is to take the legendary tram 28, which passes 600 metres from the flat and runs through all the city's historic districts. But near the flat there are also several buses that will take you to different key points in the city. Finally, the "Santa Apolónia" metro station is a 15-minute walk away. Graça is situated on top of one of Lisbon's seven hills. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
