Property is located in a historical zone with vehicle restrictions meant short walk up hill on partial dirt road dragging our luggage to unrestricted area. Check in was via WhatsApp instructions. Our Uber took us to the other location (operated under the same name). We called for assistance and the attendant Tania or Tina was rather condescending because we went to the wrong location, she however turned out to be quite helpful during our stay.
