The doors are heavy and have no soft closures, this caused issues as they slam loudly. Get soft closures!
The chairs. The bloody chairs. They are heavy wooden chairs and drag very loudly. They can be heard from above and to the side waking you up. Put plastic or fabric feet on the chairs in the rooms to stop this!

Fake bacon. Weird sausages. Watery beans.
Biggest problem is staff CONSTANTLY asking to take your plate and your glasses the second your fork hits the plate. This is extremely unrelaxing and ruins the dinner experience. It doesn’t matter how many times you try to take the guests plates, guests will eat what they want, it’s a buffet! I think it’s the manager who encourages this, as on days he was not present, this practice does not happen and it’s much more relaxing experience.
- General upkeep and maintenance
Do you even have a maintenance team? The clock broke in the pool/spa area and I told spa team immediately. No action. I then had to jump out pool and ask reception “what time is it” every 20 minutes like some kind of lunatic. Very unrelaxing and unnecessary. Next day, clock is just gone from wall. Can’t just replace the battery? Seriously? Clock did not return.
Overall a good experience though, hopefully this feedback will help you improve, would probably return.
