This brand new, 100m2 apartment is located on the 1st floor of a well-located building in the heart of Lisbon. It is accessible by stairs. The apartment is perfect for families and friends looking to stay in the city centre! This living room features a comfortable seating area with a plush sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for lounging after a tiring day. The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to prepare home-cooked meals, including a cooking plate and an oven. There's also a washing machine and ironing equipment for all your laundry needs. If you wish to dine in, there's a dining area where you can dine with loved ones. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort before your arrival. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! Conceição, is just a 5-minute walk. Humberto Delgado Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. And that particular coffee maker I did not know what kind of pods to get, or where to find them. Also, you did not provide enough towels....we were three people for almost a week--it just is not enough. And you did not provide enough toilet paper!!!! We had to go out and buy more which should not have occurred. The location was great.....and the apartment was charming. It was very clean, with Wifi and TV. The only issue we had is that the "Butler" who was scheduled to let us into the flat was one and a half hours late - due to car trouble, I believe, but when he got there, he was in a big rush and basically let us in to the apartment and left. When I texted him a few days later to find out how to work the washing machine (it was in Portugese), he never responded. The management company, BNBLORD is not in Portugal, and while they would respond to email, we were not able to get extra towels delivered. I will say that BNBLORD did email us prior to our arrival with tour suggestions as well as set up an airport transfer for us. If you take too long to get into the apartment, the entryway light goes out. No amenities to speak of. 2 tea bags, no sugar. No hand soap in the bathrooms. The apartment is updated, with great water pressure in the showers. Lots of lighting, often difficult to understand. Clothes washer but no soap.
