This delightful 35m² ground-floor studio is ideally located near popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse culinary experiences. Designed with charming vintage touches, this apartment offers a cosy and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Please note that access to the building involves climbing stairs on one of Lisbon’s traditional stepped streets, and there is no lift in the building. This may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage. The living area features a comfortable sitting space with a couch, a dining table for shared meals, and a TV for entertainment. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge, making it easy to prepare snacks and drinks. The sleeping area includes a comfortable double bed, air conditioning for added comfort, and ample storage to keep everything organized, ensuring a pleasant and restful stay. The ensuite bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before your arrival. Important note: The building has old architecture, and the acoustics performance is not the best. Enjoy your stay! Guests will have access to the entire home! The property is situated in Lisbon's vibrant Cais do Sodré district, an area renowned for its dynamic blend of culture, cuisine, and nightlife. This locale offers a rich tapestry of experiences for both residents and visitors. A short stroll from the address leads to the Time Out Market Lisboa, a gastronomic hub where visitors can indulge in a variety of Portuguese delicacies. Adjacent to the market is the Mercado da Ribeira, a traditional market offering fresh produce and local specialities. For entertainment enthusiasts, the nearby Game Over Escape Rooms Lisboa provides interactive and challenging experiences. Humberto Delgado Airport is a 27-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. My luggage and I totally got wet in a heavy rain. Through the unresponsive WhatsApp conservation by the property manager, I finally entered into the hostel with the door code by checking up the check-in instruction by myself which was sent to my email previously. Second, room door code was simply given in the check-in instruction, but as to lock the room door, no following steps of pressing 'close' button and turning the handle to the right or left were indicated. It made me feel confused and insured by leaving the room door unlocked while going out. When problems happened, property manager responded no in-person assistance was provided, nor immediate responses or solutions were provided. For example, electricity suddenly suspended, case was reported but no answer was received. In the darkness, I searched the fuse box with the dim light of my phone and turned the button on. Not all the things bad, honestly the property manager was really helpful for 1 day extension and information to travel.
