We chose it because of its central location (it was perfect in this sense) and that it could accommodate our party of 7\. The apartment can reportedly take 13 people - I think this would be a very snug but there are beds for this number. In our arrival day, we were met by Tomas who did a fantastic job. Smooth check-in. Apartment had everything we could possibly need. There were only 6 of us, so we had plenty of space. It is hard to see how the apartment could be for 13\. Check-in with Tomás was very welcoming and smooth. However, amenities are quite basic (one small towel per person, no shampoo/bodywash, no paper towels and only one kitchen towel). The biggest challenge was sleeping - it’s quite hot in the summer and the apartment doesn’t have AC. Fans are provided, but you have to keep windows open to keep it cool enough - which comes with all the noise of the busy tourist district (and sometimes very noisy party neighbors). Overall, good place to stay, but definitely not a 10/10\. ##### Yara Z.
