We could take children to a park 1 block away. We were approximately 1/4 mile from multiple restaurants and 1/3 mile from a nice grocery store. A funicular was a couple of blocks away, which you could take up the hill to take advantage of a very nice view. The manager provided fans as the weather was warm. The absence of air conditioning during hot weather was the only downside to this apartment. We were aware of the issue at the time of booking so the description was accurate. ##### Jeanne M.
