The floors were dirty when we got there, towels and linens had stains on them, the bathroom was perpetually wet and since it's below ground and next to a public bathroom, it smelled like one all the time. The spiral staircase is not securely bolted into the wall! And you need to be able to get up and down the stairs to use the bathroom. The AC is "under maintenance" but I get the feeling it has been out of order for a while. One of the shades is broken so it was blocking one of the doors to get outside, and once you are outside, the patio is dirty and one of the chairs is broken. The list goes on! The apartment is in a nice neighborhood and the hosts were communicative enough, but that's basically where the positives end. I would never recommend this place, it's not worth what they're charging per night in its current state. ##### olivia m.
