Good value for money hotel
Very helpful and friendly staff. Good location and decent enough rooms for the price and rating. Only complaint was that the bed was a little uncomfortable. Good selection for breakfast and a very nice restaurant next door. I would certainly use again.

We enjoyed Steve (the hotel!) very much. We stayed in Room 101, one of their small suites with a sofa room, for a reasonable cost. It was a very nice room, in a great location on the city's charming center. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including those in the hotel's dining room and the adjoining Slovak restaurant. The only things that kept this from being a top-rank experience: no elevator (stairs even to the reception booth - and we had a lot of luggage), and no refrigerator or microwave in the suite. But these are really quibbles. For the price, the Steve was a nice place in a great location with great staff!

Comfortable stay
Very clean room, excellent breakfast. Hotel is located in a pedestrian area, however there is convenient, free parking behind the hotel. You need directions from hotel staff to find it.

Steve is a great name for this place
Hotel Steve is like an old friend, simple and unpretentious. Accomodations were about average for the two star rating. Breakfast was personally prepared to order from a list of offerings. It was very good and plentiful. The best part of Steve is the location. It is directly in the old part of the town and still offers parking! Also, there is a great little Slovak restaurant attached to the hotel which was packed with locals. I have always found this a sign of authenticity. Food was good, plentiful and not expensive by European standards.

hotel ok, ale na koniec niemiła niespodzianka, kierowniczka hotelu próbowała wyłudzić 20 euro pod pretekstem zasikanego materaca, dodam, że w pokoju były tylko osoby dorosłe, zdarzenie miało mieć miejsce w dniu, kiedy opuściliśmy pokój na czas sprzątania - info o tym dostaliśmy po 2 dniach - lol - brak możliwości weryfikacji, dowodem na to miały być stare, powysychane zacieki na materacu (na wysokości klatki piersiowej), dodam, że takie zacieki były na obydwu materacach :)

Vi fandt hotellet på trivago, hvor det var nedsat fra ca 4.500 dkr til ca 400 dkr og troede at vi havde fået et godt tilbud, men "normalprisen" var ca de 400,- dkr/nat Så ikke den store positive overraskelse. Morgenmaden var slet ikke i orden. Daggammelt brød og ingen buffet. Man skulle sige til personalet, hvad man ville have.

super ubytování za dobrou cenu s drob. vadami
Pobyt byl super, ale drobné nedostatky taky byly. Když jsem hotel rezervoval na 3 dny, tak za 2 dny jsem svou rezervaci rozšířil o 1 den, následně jsem dostal potvrzení hotelu na 2 pokoje a to na 3 a 4 dny, oba s manželskou postelí. Upřesnil jsem tedy, že chci jen 1 pokoj na 4 dny, načež za týden mi přišlo potvrzení ale bez manželské postele. Tu jsem ani při příjezdu nedostal. podivuji se tedy nad tím, že nejprve mají 2 pokoje s manželskou postelí a já když jim dám vydělat o 1 den více, již mi ji nedají. Dále, na pokoji byla klimatizace mobilního typu, která ale nechladila. Sám jsem si ji opravil vylitím nádoby na kondenzovanou vodu, myslím, že to mělo být již připravené. Dále, okna mého pokoje vedla do vnitřního prostoru zastřešeného průsvitnou plastovou střechou, tedy nebyl kontakt s venkovním prostředím. Nedalo se tedy vyvětrat pořádně oknem ale jen přes původně nefunkční klimu. Pokud pršelo, byl to obrovský rachot na tu střechu. Abych ale jen nekritizoval, vysoce vyzdvihuji jinak velmi osobní přístup personálu, čistotu a vybavenost. Snídaně a jejich podávání na vysoké úrovni. To vše převážilo uvedená negativa.

Príjemný víkendový pobyt
Do mesta sme zavítali najmä kvôli návšteve Tatralandie. S výberom hotela sme boli spokojní, je v ňom cítiť rodinnú atmosféru, zároveň sa nachádza prakticky v centre mesta. Raňajky boli chutné a bolo z čoho vyberať, rovnako aj väčšina služieb bola dobrá (vrátane esteticky ustlaných postelí). Heslo na wifi bolo poskytnuté na recepcii. Parkovisko bolo sledované kamerou a bolo možné si pozrieť obraz na televízore. Pri príchode popoludní bolo v izbe trošku chladno, ale do večera sa izba dostatočne vykúrila. Matrac bol skôr tvrdší, čo nám trochu nevyhovovalo, ale to je vec zvyku/preferencie. Trošku bolo počuť dopravný ruch z hlavnej cesty. Na TV boli iba základné slovenské programy a zopár nemeckých.

Proche du centre, très bonne situation. Chambre agréable, propre, mais hélas salle de bains et WC en commun avec une autre chambre. Personnel très réactif, sympathique, serviable.
