"Le changement de serviettes est sur demande, nous avons fait la demande mais n'avons reçu aucun service. Nous avons dû allés chercher serviettes, papier hygiénique et sac pour la poubelle à la réception durant notre séjour de 3 nuits. Par chance, la gentille dame de la réception nous a offert le petit déjeuner gratuit pour le jour de notre départ en compensation du manque de service que nous avons eu. Ce qui fut grandement apprécié. Tout le reste était très bien."

"Helpful receptionists & always replied to any questions I sent them vis email! Room was decent although couldn’t find any English channels on the tv! Bathroom could do with some hooks on door to hang clothes whilst showering! Breakfast was good with choice of cooked meats, scrambled eggs, fruit, yoghurt & coffee! Hotel situated within easy reach of the centre, either by walking or by tram. All in all the hotel was a good choice!"

"Nice room, walking distance to the old town was 30 mins, easy and flat. Would recommend. Views from the back of the hotel was into a residential area and the industrial area but didn’t stay to stare out of the window"

"Basic, good enough value for money. Old, built of hard materials, so all noise like doors slamming and foot steps are noisy. Trams run all night, so rooms facing the street are noisy"
