The well-furnished apartment “Ferienwohnung Eyrich OG” is situated in a mainland district of Lindau, and is close to the both the historical town centre and the lakeshore. The 40 m² apartment on the first floor consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite television and a baby cot. The outdoor area comprises a balcony, where you can start the day with breakfast or spend the evenings with a glass of wine and home-cooked dinners, as well as a garden, which is shared with the apartment on the ground floor. You will find a supermarket and a baker after a 2-minute walk (200 m), as well as restaurants and a pharmacy and the train station. The nearest beach, Strandbad Eichwald, is a 19-minute walk or 1.5 km, where you can swim in the clear blue water, surrounded by a wonderful lake and mountain panorama. The pretty old town centre of Lindau, built on an island in Lake Constance, can be reached on foot after a 10-minute walk (1.6 km) and invites you to stroll about the narrow streets with lovely architecture and many cafés and restaurants. In winter, you can also drive to a popular skiing area in 12 minutes (9.5 km), located near the Austrian town of Bregenz, famous for its many cultural offerings and wonderful shores. The hilly area around Lake Constance also offers many hiking and cycling routes through woods and natural reserves, as well as around the lake.

Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax is to be paid on site by the landlord.
