"The property and room waa cleaned. I stayed in Room 110 and the bathroom had a very bad smell. I should of changed rooms. Front Desk said it would go away but it never did. I bought incense to mask the smell. Asked for extra pillows which I was given but no pillow cases. Water pressure of shower very low. AC didnt work well. To top it off someone opened the door at 1am. Luckily i.had the latch down or they would of gotten in the room. I reported this to the clerk at desk when i checked out. Never will i stay there again"
"Let me first say the staff was AMAZING! A huge shoutout to Dez for always being pleasant and welcoming every time we came to and from the hotel. The hotel lobby was beautiful, clean, and very well kept.
Unfortunately, our room (specifically Room 234) was very disappointing and should honestly not be reserved until repairs are completed. The wall in the room appeared to be only half painted, and there was dried paint all over the baseboards. The bathroom amenities were rusted, and you could clearly see the rust when surfaces were wiped down. The bathtub also did not drain properly, leaving us standing in water while showering. In one area of the room, it looked like the sheetrock/seam in the wall was peeling back as well.
There was also an iron provided in the room, but no ironing board available. To make matters worse, the room view overlooked a wall and four HVAC units.
We did report all of these concerns to the front desk. The staff was apologetic and initially offered us two breakfast coupons for the Andrew Restaurant, but unfortunately we were unable to make breakfast. At checkout, we were then offered hotel points as compensation.
Again, the customer service was excellent, but the condition of Room 234 did not match the overall appearance and quality presented by the hotel lobby and staff."

"The staff was great. But apparently you can get a room and use the pool for a birthday party all day and invite up to 30 people that arent staying there. This is an indoor pool to. Didnt get to enjoy what i paid for. The rooms were very big. Bathroom tile was sinking in by the tub, our curtains were broken so we couldnt close them all the way. Had little kids knocking on our door all hours of the night, running up and down hallways. There was trash under couch. The breakfast was good minus the circle eggs. Wont atay there again. Really disappointed that they would allow so many people take over an indoor pool and make such a mess and be so loud. "
