"I recently stayed at a hotel that, while boasting a clean environment and friendly staff, unfortunately fell short in terms of guest comfort and fairness. My stay was significantly disrupted by a loud party taking place in the function area directly above my room. Despite my complaints, the hotel's solution was to move me to a much smaller room without offering any form of refund for the downgrade. What's more disheartening is that the staff admitted they were aware of potential noise issues due to the event but still chose to rent out the room, which felt like a clear prioritization of profit over guest experience. Although I appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel and the politeness of the staff, the management's decision to disregard the impact of their actions on my stay was disappointing. This experience, perceived as a blatant money grab, has unfortunately deterred me from considering this hotel for future stays."
