"Loved the service, thank you for upgrading us to a suite room for no extra charge! Secondly, oh my goodness, the beds and pillows were so comfortable, best I’ve ever had out of any hotel, ever. The towels were amazingly soft and smelled great. Bathroom was pristine and nice fixtures, including jetted tub. We were blown away by the quality of this hotel. Also we were expecting breakfast to be mediocre, but it was not! Great food and drink choices. Thank you all for having great quality and high standards. We will be back."

"What a great little spot! It was clean, the staff was a great mix of friendly and professional. The suana was exactly what I needed. The freshly baked muffins were perfect. The coffee is weak and flavored... so I drove to Starbucks to get some coffee. I prefer local coffee shops but Ruidoso was asleep while we were there. Limited choices for food, etc..."

"Three words biscuits and gravy for breakfast The wife said the breakfast was fantastic. The room was fantastic very very commentating staff and open the Pines and right across the street from Ryuso Downs horse track so if you’re a better race track enthusiast horse racing it’s right across the street. Can’t get any better now."
