"A room w/ guests in our alcove area were smoking pot. The smell was everywhere. The hotel was supposed to be a nonsmoking building. It really created a horrible environment.
When we checked out I mentioned it to the desk person and he brushed it off saying the manager was aware of it. "

"The hotel it located near Hwy 49 but the way gps took us we drove into a neighborhood and it’s not central location to Fayetteville it’s 17 minutes to downtown. Breakfast was good hot and a good variety. The room was clean and quite."

"PROS:
- Clean room and lobby
- Well supplied room
CONS:
- Sparse breakfast of toast, muffins, and yogurt. Cereal dispensers were empty and not refilled.
- A/C was loud
-Water in shower was lukewarm and never hot
- Rooms in front are noisy with interstate traffic
- Mattress was hard and worn out. We tended to roll to the middle throughout the night.
When I stopped at the hotel at noon, we asked if the room was ready in order for us to leave our luggage. We had several sporting events to attend and didn’t want to leave my wife’s make-up, etc., in a hot car. The room was ready and nothing further was needed for us to move in. The manager gave us the keys. When we went to pay the bill, a $25 fee was added for early check-in. I’ve traveled a lot in my work and I have never encountered a few of this nature. I suppose early check-in means a possibility of more electricity usage, but this seems an unnecessary add-on since the room was ready. We paid the fee, but others take note this fee exists.

"Stool did not flush correctly, room floors were not clean, the bed platform closest to the bathrooms was very squeaky, advertized refrigerator, no place to plug it in unless you unplug the heat and cooling unit.
Overall a dated property, needing remodeled"
