You really can't get a more convenient place to stay! Need more room? We also have a near identical unit next door! If you look closely at the pictures, you'll see one with the view from the front porch. There is a steel plant across the street. No detriment to your stay, but look over the plant, and you see Memorial Stadium, it's really that close! Don't want to walk, fire up the grill and you can hear the game from the front porch! Disclaimer: The house was built in 1900\. It has a lot of charm, with that comes some quirks. We have just renovated the unit and it’s gorgeous, but the floors lean this way and that through 123 years of settling. Walking distance to The Bob, Memorial Stadium, PBA, Haymarket and Downtown. What more can you ask for? Bruce was a wonderful host. He is very attentive and communicative. We had only one small problem with a slow draining sink and Bruce was on it. Would definitely stay there again. ##### Lisa S. We had to open a few windows to air it out, only a few had screens to keep bugs out. Before bed we checked the sheets and they had not been changed yet and had stains on them. When loading the dishwasher it immediately smelled like dead fish and again, had to open some windows to air it out. Communication with the host was good and timely. The location to the stadium was nice.
