The room wasn’t even clean. There were empty bottles of alcohol in the drawers. The couches were filthy. They start cleaning your room 3 hours before check out time. My worse experience ever. Will never choose this place again.

I stayed at this Hotel 2 nights and it was great. Clean room, great pool, the staff was friendly and attentive. My only complaint (and this is really nitpicking), was that breakfast ended at 9 am which stunk. I had a long night out with friends and family on my last night there, and went to get breakfast at 9:30 and it was shut down. Plus, the only hot food available is waffles which I am not a huge fan of. I would love to have some scrambled eggs, muffins, bacon, etc. But again, that is being very nitpicky. When I am back in Lincoln, I will definately stay at this Hotel again. Thank you for a great stay!

Well i woke up this morning with bed bug bites under my chin, overall it looked like a decent hotel, better visually than the others along cornhusker, also my itinerary said check out was at noon, owner came banging on my door at 1108, telling me to get out, that the sign in lobby says 11am, but i booked with orbitz and the confirmation email said check out noon. Still told me i had 10 minutes to leave. Very rude, and id like a refund.......

Check in was fine, then it was down hill from there. Everything was very dirty. Stains on top cover and sheet. Pillows were horrible. Took kids down to check out the pool. It was so dirty we couldn't even think about swimming in it. We ended up just leaving and staying at another hotel.

The bed sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases all had stains, the bathroom towels were also dirty. The whole place is in need of a deep clean. I would never stay here again!!

Needs some love
Floors were dirty, toilet didn’t work right and overflowed each time. The couches are futons and a leg was broken off one corner of one. Mirror wasn’t cleaned, counters weren't cleaned. Pool had too much chlorine in it, and was unusable. Our throats and eyes burned just walking near the pool room.

We reserved 2 nights at this hotel on a Nebraska football weekend for the price only. There were mixed reviews, but considering it's location to the stadium we figured we would sacrifice on stars when we normally would not. It was a terrible mistake. The room was old and worn. Bathroom was gross. Floor tiles in bathroom were broken and even a part of the shower wall was broken. The top cover (duvet? Idk it was the size of a comforter) was absolutely disgusting. Definitely not washed on either bed. Comforters below were stained and pillows were also terrible and flat. Kids were excited to go to the pool when we arrived. It was very cloudy and the hot tub basically had gray water with a foamy layer on top. I could not believe my eyes. I have never seen a pool or hot tub look like this in a hotel. The only saving grace was they offered complimentary breakfast mostly grab and go things like cereal and yogurt, but they did have a waffle maker, fresh fruit, coffee, juice, etc. I will probably not stay here again. I felt we WAY overpaid for what we got and next time I will book farther ahead on Husker game weekend to avoid high rates for poor quality hotels.

Run down, but a nice breakfast option
Breakfast option was the best part. The smell in the room and lobby did not smell pleasant when first arriving. The room had its faults as well. Bathroom was missing the railing, the faucet would spray from the base of the handle when turned on and the window was held shut by a piece of wood. For the price though, I can’t complain too much.
