One block away from Highway 101, explore nearby restaurants and shops. ## Reviews 9.4 Exceptional ### Entire apartment 1 bedroom1 bathroomSleeps 2280 sq ft ## Popular amenities - Kitchen - Free Wi-Fi - Parking available - Fireplace £90 includes taxes & fees 19 Jan - 20 Jan ## Add dates for prices Check-in Check-out Travellers ## About this property ### Entire place You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party. ### Nautilus - Cute beach lodging, kitchen, fireplace Reminiscent of a submarine, the Nautilus features an upstairs bedroom and bathroom with spiral stairs down to the full service kitchen (with electric stove and oven, microwave, full-size frig, toaster, coffee maker) electric fireplace, small dining table and couch. Here's the fine print: The Nautilus has no beach view. It is on the backside of our building, and one cannot see the ocean from our condo :( But step outside 20 paces and the whole panorama of the Oregon coast spreads out before you! Realistically speaking, The Nautilus is great for a short-term stay, but probably not 10-14 days...you will want to see the view! Also, the bathroom door is 24 inches wide and the spiral stairs are only 20 inches wide and are a bit steep with 9 inch high steps. These could be physical challenges for some, and we want to give you full opportunity to understand this. One block away from Highway 101, easy walking to restaurants, souvenir shops, and a grocery store. Beach access is via 50 gentle stairs (with two handrails) or a paved ramp to drive onto the beach! In fact, during April - Sept, many people like to park their cars on the beach (right below the condo) when the tide is out! But twice a day, the tide rolls in, and clears everybody out!!! No pets allowed. Please do not ask to bring a favorite animal. It just doesn't work to mix animals, and folks with allergies in our private condo. I cannot host guests with dogs, because I have other guests, who specifically ask me for "allergen-free" rooms. I do not have pet-friendly rooms. Parking in a beach town is challenging but manageable. We have 11 off-street parking spaces. Some will accommodate large vehicles, others will not. If you are driving a small vehicle, please be considerate and choose a small parking space. Please be aware that a large 4-door truck may find parking in our lot challenging, and you might find it more comfortable to park on a side street. At check-in, we issue one parking permit for our lot, and vehicles without permits will be subject to towing. Extra vehicles can find parking on the side streets of 15th and 14th Streets. Please be advised, that Lincoln City writes tickets if vehicles park in their lot across the street between 1-5 a.m. Bring your own BBQ to enjoy at the beach, or bring some newspaper and kindling to light a campfire on the beach! (The driftwood is often wet and hard to start without dry wood, but burns great once going!) Upon arrival, if you have any questions or concerns, please call or text me. Our property is located between the Pacific Ocean and Hwy 101. You can walk one block up to the restaurants and souvenir shops on Hwy 101\. And the Chinook Winds casino shuttle bus stops right in front of our place. This condo, The Nautilus, comes with one, off-street parking spot in our lot. If you arrive and cannot find space to park, feel free to park on a side street. You can also park in the City parking lot across from us, just NOT between 1-5 am, because the city tows vehicles during that time :( This condo has the spiral staircase inside, as well as exterior entrance doors to both levels. It is on the back side of our beachfront building, so beach access is as simple as walking down the steps to the beach! As crazy as it sounds, this is a beachfront condo without the view. No smoking in the condo, or under covered walkways. No pets or companion animals allowed. Please note: We do not provide chargers for electric vehicles. We recommend locating nearby charging stations in advance. Thank you for your understanding. Our Cancellation Policy is Relaxed and allows 100% rent refund up until 14 days prior to your stay. Its absolute perfect for 1 person and cozy for 2\. The bed was comfortable. It had two floor with a small spiral staircase, a fireplace a small reclining couch for two people, I wouldn't want to stay in this room with more than two people we are on the larger size of people and the spiral staircase was definitely not fun going up and down. To get to the bathroom. But other than that the room was cute and cozy and inviting. We will definitely be staying again but next time a different room, with an ocean view, even though you're so close to the beach it doesn't even really matter. This was a nice place I didn't need much the property mangers were great. I am a big guy and the spiral stair case was a little bit small. That would be my only compliant. however, there are doors to the outside on both floors so I didn't need the stairs as much. ##### Jimmy M. We had a little hiccup with check-in (room code was wrong), but Teresa answered her phone immediately, and there was a property manager(?) on-site who was able to help anyway. The place was clean and super cute. Very quiet. The location was great; we were able to walk to an amazing restaurant less than a mile away and beach access was right next to the building. Gorgeous sunsets! We had a great time, and we’ll definitely look to stay there again if we’re in the area ##### Michelle W. The ocean was a brief walk away. This "condo" was two utility rooms on top of each other, transformed to make money from suckers like us. Thus the spiral staircase; thus the bathroom that was 3 ft. by 7 ft. including a 2-ft. shower; thus the sink in the bedroom, not the bath. The sofa was cheap and stained. The unit, that had one window on each level and very little light, was painted cobalt blue and pine green and therefore dark and depressing. Going inside felt like being put in jail. Don't stay there!
