Ensuite fitted with wet room shower, toilet, wash hand basin, mirror with overlights, and walk in wardrobe (a portion of this large wardrobe is used for storage in relation to apartment supplies and replenishing) .
All bed linen and towels are provided.
There is a large flatscreen smart TV , wifi and the open plan living room/kitchen has a microwave, fridge, hob/oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine and all kitchen utensils. Including a dining table and chairs.
There is electric Heating in the property and instant hot water.

It is just 20 minutes drive to Derry City and 4 mins drive to Limavady.
You can avail of Public transport directly outside the property gates.
It is located in a great location so you can easily travel the sights of the causeway coast such as the Giants Causeway, Bushmills Distillery, Mussenden Temple, Benone and Downhill beaches, Portrush and Portstewart are all easily accessible by car.
It is a great location if you are travelling here for NW200, Golf Competitions, music festivals etc
The Ulster American Folk Park in Omagh, The Titanic Quarter in Belfast, and the beautiful Donegal & Derry countryside are all within reasonable travel distances.
The village of Ballykelly is approximately 4 min walk away and has shops, post office, Fuel Station, Restaurants, Bakeries and Pubs.
There is a forest trail just 3 mins walk from the property if you enjoy walking, jogging or cycling.
Limavady and the Roe Country Park is just 5 mins drive away with an 18 hole golf course at the Radisson hotel at roe park. The hotel also has a beautiful spa.
