Problems wc/bathroom that we noticed after unpacking already .They fixed after 4hrs .
Stay at pool ,but eventuly we had to step out /couldn stay because the life guard was going out for lunch .Fine but they could replace him with someone else for those minuts lunch break .Otherwise great hotel ,location,

Great location in Recolleta - centrally located - easy walking distance to parks, museums. Lots of neighborhood cafes within a 10 minute walk. Super clean - the extra space was nice for a longer stay. We booked the city view which we really liked but any room should be great. Staff was amazing! So helpful!
