Overall my experience with the hotel was very good. Just be careful not to demagnetize your room key. I had went to the spa and left all my ID information in the room. Upon trying to use the elevator, the key was not working. Simple fix I thought, so I went down to the lobby to get a new key. The lobby girl (Diana) insisted I had ID. I said this is why you took a copy of my passport, I offered to verify all the data on the passport, she declined and treated me like I was trying to access a room that did not belong to me. She had security escort me to my own room so I could show her again the passport I was trying to verify in the first place. It was total overkill and a bad experience. Also in the hotel lobby be careful when you order your drink, I thought I was ordering a regular drink and afterward the guy told me that NO i had ordered a double therefore charging me two drinks. While these two were my only complaints I would say that the guys attending the front doors were really nice and sweet as well as the concierge. It has a good location right in front of the mall and ocean. WIFI worked well to.
