The apartment is located rue de la Barre, on the ground floor of a secure residence typical of Lille.
In the heart of Old Lille, you will be surrounded by several buildings protected as historical monuments.

The apartment is composed of a living room with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms (one with double bed, one with single bed), and a large bathroom with bathtub.

It has been carefully prepared to welcome you! Professional cleaning service + laundry service for linen.

The kitchen is equipped with all utensils and dishes for lunch and dinner.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Location excellent, close to cafe’s, bars and restaurants. Parking can be tricky depending on what time you arrive back in the evening as all spaces are taken and you need to park 100 or so meters away. Ventilation in the property was very poor. Windows to the street could not be safely opened, no airconditioning and window at rear worked, however no fly screen and many mosquitoes made their way in. Basin tap had a broken shaft that needed repairing. Neighbors at rear had an all night party and as it was the only window we could use, one night was extremely noisy. Overall a very average stay.
