Great little place to stay!
Great little place to stay! I found all the staff at the desk friendly and helpful. Not stayed in an apartment/hotel place before so I didn’t know what to expect. My room had everything I needed for my 7 night stay. Good selection of cutlery/crockery/pans etc., for those who want to make/heat food while staying. Didn’t have breakfast downstairs during my stay so cannot comment on that. Shower was great, had no problems with hot water. Bed was VERY comfortable, a quite firm king-size in my room (309). Such a good sleep every night! No problems with the Wi-Fi. They change the password once a week. There’s a bin for normal waste and one for recycling which I liked. Hand soap, hair/shower gel, washing-up liquid, a sponge and tea towel are provided. The kitchenette cleaning is not provided so you must do this before you leave, which is perfectly reasonable. Your room is not cleaned/bed changed etc., during your stay (which for some reason people have complained about). Decorating could do with a little refresh (marks on walls etc.). Overall my stay here was great and I would recommend for solo travellers, couples and families staying in Lille. It’s maybe a 15 minute walk to the main centre/train stations.

Great stay!
Room was very good and it helped to have a kitchenette in it. Staff was friendly overall. The downside was the flush in the toilet that was constantly running. But overall great accommodation not too far from city centre. I would definitely recommend.

Cozy hotel. No elevator for 3 floor so, I’ve to lift my luggage after a 10 hrs flight. Convenient kitchen in the room but not clean They didn’t make up my room in my 3 days stay

Very pleasant
Very pleasant welcome from helpful staff and handy for the station with direct bus ( 5) or 30 min walk . Room quiet comfortable and breakfast plentiful and decent quality . Very happy . Theres a small kitchenette in rooms that you may use as long as you clean it up after. Lille itself very pretty as a city.

The property was spacious and clean. It was within easy walking distance of the centre of Lille and other attractions. The kitchenette was useful if you wanted to make your own meals.

The staff were very helpful, taking in a package for us at reception, and making it easy to cancel the extra night that we did not need. The room was airy; it is nice to be able to open windows in a hotel! the bed was a little too firm for us.

The property was perfect to explore Lille a 15-20 minute walk to the main square, all flat. Rooms of a good size and comfortable. Fridge, job, pots, pans, glass wear and coffee machine. Big nice clean bathroom. Could have done with spare pillows, as by the time we went to bed the reception desk was closed. Over all very good. And will use this chain again in France.

Nice, basic hotel room made nicer by the addition of a microwave, refrigerator, and two-burner cooktop. There wasn't much in the way of equipment in the kitchen but it was certainly better than nothing. Staff were friendly and helpful, bed was comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The immediate area isn't particularly interesting but it's also not sketchy; there are plenty of interesting things within 10-15 minutes' walk. There's also a bike-share station across the street, which is quite convenient. I visited at the weekend during university break, so (free) street parking was plentiful; I suspect that's not the case normally.

Hotel.com have many good hotels to choose between. Please remove this "hotel" from your list so you can maintain your high standard. There is zero nice words to say about this hotel

We didn't have the courtains in our room and as we slept on the groundfloor with windows to the parking this was pretty inconvenient. Also after my booking I have got this massege that the desk will be closed at 22:30 p.m with no further instruction how I can get into the hotel after that. This were the two bothering things. All other was good, clean room, compfy bed. Even there is a small kitchen.

Lovely little hotel/apartment... great staff...excellent location with the bus for the train station [12] stopping outside and just up the road. Plenty of good restaurants within walking distance and a small supermarket two blocks up

Great place!
Great find in a cool area. Close to the park and market but only a short 15min walk to the center of the old town. Apartment was spacious and spotless.

Short break in Lille
Clean and comfortable rooms at the Residhotel, decent breakfast and good location. The only negative is that there is an extra charge for room service (cleaning, change of towels, etc.).
