Mon hôtel préféré pour chaque séjour à Lille.
Le personnel est toujours très accueillant, professionnel et chaleureux. Excellent rapport qualité-prix ; bar et lobby récemment rénovés et très agréables. Testé pour la première fois le petit-déjeuner en chambre et là encore un sans faute !
Localisation centrale, walking distance de tout (gare, magasins, restaurants, tout le vieux Lille...)

The location was excellent. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Downstairs, bar, and restaurant area appeared recently renovated however the rooms and upper floors could benefit from some modernisation. The rooms are a good size, comfy beds. Main issue is the acoustics, you can hear people moving about upstairs very clearly.

Il est rare d'être si bien accueillis, qui plus est pendant les fêtes ! Le réceptionniste était aux petits soins et très professionnel ; la chambre parfaite ; les parties communes (refaites récemment) modernes et chaleureuses avec bar et équipe agréables. Emplacement parfait pour rayonner à pied dans la ville. Parfait et à refaire !

Around 10 Euro via uber from international Eurostar to the hotel ( walking be around 20 minutes)
5 minutes walk from the main city, very convenient to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing, staff was amazing, very helpful, room was lovely and clean, clean towels everyday,
if i visit Lille again, this will be my first choice of stay

I had a few issues with this hotel. First, the gym is not open until 0700, and there is no flexibility in opening earlier. I got three different reasons from staff for the lack of flexibility. Gyms should be 24/7 to accommodate all schedules. Second, i booked a taxi through the hotel for the train station, which is less than a mile away. The taxi driver, who obviously knew the staff very well, charged us an outrageous 30 euros for the ride. I have never been so overcharged for a taxi in my 40 years of traveling around the world. He had no meter and did not warn us of the cost. The hotel should reimburse me for that charge since they clearly do business with him on a regular basis, and must know he is not ethical.

Madam,We have explained to you on several occasions that our fitness room has opening and closing times, because it is located opposite the rooms, and we cannot disturb our customers.Concerning the car you ordered, we are working with a VTC for many years, and we know him .The price is identical to taxis, which do not travel such short distances.The price includes (like taxis) support, suitcases (you had a lot).have a great day, sincerly,

Toilet was dirty when we checked in. However, when we informed the reception, they cleaned it and apologised. No offer of another room. Tea, coffee bags not replaced on day 2. Called the restaurant and the restaurant staff attended to it promptly. Staff were very friendly and catered to the needs. Cleaning was not done to the entire room on D2. Only the bed was made. Definitely not a 4*

Comfortable, great location. Helpful staff. Exec room had coffee machine and small fridge,, which was appreciated.
Travelling with teenage childr, room with sofa bed worked well.

Modern large rooms and on the edge of the old town. Walkable to all the museums etc. We got an uber to eurostar station but only due to the cobbled streets with a wheeled suitcase.

I stayed several times in this hotel over the years. Lobby and bar renovations almost fully completed and succesful. Staff super friendly and nice, perfect location (everything walkable), spacious rooms. Will definitely stay there again!

Lots of major works going on currently in lobby areas of hotel
No parking at hotel so had to park in nearby car park for 15.5 euros per 24 hours.
Stayed for three nights with adult daughter. Comfy bed & sofa bed. Hotel staff were friendly. All clean. Pretty quiet given central location - some outside noise on the Friday night but to be expected. Location was great for exploring Lille.

The hotel was clean, centrally located and easy to get to. It was listed as a four star but seemed more along the lines of a three star -mini bar didn’t work and was not stocked; only instant coffee and paper cups; although this may have been due to covid restrictions. The staff was very friendly and helpful and even let us check in early. We would recommend this hotel at this price point.

Location is perfect walking distance to main square, shops, restaurants etc. Bedroom very dated and quite small. Separate toilet is very smelly (urine) and feels unhygienic. I asked the other guests in our party and it was the same with their rooms/toilets. Breakfast isn’t very varied and runs out of key staples, eg bacon, half way through service. They don’t replenish.
