If you mention this the moment you make the reservation we will make sure you get this type of room. Most people like the design rooms and interior, but I understand this is something completely subjective. When guests ask us about the parking we are always ready to help out and give you more information about the costs of the different options. We try to avoid these situations at all times, but unfortunately sometimes miscommunication happens between housekeeping and reception. I hope the question was quickly resolved with giving you a new room.Again, my apologies, the bar was indeed exceptionally closed due to illness of staff. I spoke to the receptionist on duty that day. She was not aware she came over rude. She was busy with fixing a problem for another guest and was therefore not in the right mind set. She will work on this. She helped you out further in the evening for you to enjoy a drink at the bar. Again, apologies for these matters and we will do our best to be of better service in the future.kind regards

Dear Scott,thank you for your review. I want to state here that this review is based on mistakes in the booking you made. As it turns out, from the 10 rooms you booked 8 did not include a breakfast. I understand you are frustrated about this, but this is not something we are responsible for. There was indeed an issue with hot water we could not foresee. Each guest was invited to send a mail to see what could be done.We have solved both issues with you in person, over the phone and over email in a rather generous and professionally correct way. We have spent several hours to double check everything.This is why I am a little bit surprised of this negative review.In any way, I would like to thank you for your visit.
