Rooms clean and comfortable and breakfast was excellent. All staff very help and friendly. Very good value and with short distance of railway station and the centre of Lille. Lovely panoramic view at breakfast. My only suggestion is that for older people it would be useful to have a non slip mat in the bath and a handle. Highly recommend abs would definitely stay here again.

This is in a very modern area peppered with old buildings that give a lovely contrast to the unique modern architecture. There is a giant park right across the street that is very inviting and well-maintained. Most people in this area are walking and bicycling to and from work or having a meal or a drink outside on the main square. We are within a 2-minute walking distance of the Eurostar train station. Unfortunately, we were only here for one night, but Lille definitely deserves another visit to explore it more fully.

Perfect for late Eurostar arrivals.
Perfect for late Eurostar arrivals. The rooms are spatious, clean and some have a lovely view onto a park next to Lille Europe station. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The soundproofing might not be as good as in other places and you may hear your neighbour running the shower in the morning, but I haven't really found this to be an issue.

Basic but clean. Right next to Lille Europ Station
We needed accommodation close to Eurostar for an early morning train. Room was basic but warm, clean and comfortable. Also quiet considering its location on busy road but it was a Tuesday night. Slightly pricey for what you get but couldn’t be closer to Lille Europe station

Basic but good
A nice basic hotel, friendly and efficient staff, great location steps from Lille-Europe or Lille-Flandres. I was given what was supposed to be a quiet room on the top floor facing the boulevard (in spite of my hesitation, I was assured the rooms were noise-proof). Well, the one window that opened didn't close very well, which means I could hear the noise from the street, especially the music from the party on the roof of the fancy restaurant across the street. Also, the toilet tank had problems refilling and the shower went from scalding hot to ice-cold in a second and it took some juggling to get it right. Finally, keep in mind there is no safe in the room but you can leave you luggage at the reception if you check in early or when checking out. All in all I would still recommend this place if you consider the price and the location.

Very basic, good location
£300 for a night during Rugby World Cup. Completely ripped off of course The hotel is like a Ibis - very basic. The beds are very soft and old. Everything a bit tired. Good location in centre. Normally I expect this would be a cheap and cheerful hotel but not during the World Cup!

Nice room in hood area. Everything was very close and very close to the train station. Be advised there is no AC in this hotel so it was very hot and hard to sleep, but overall a good experience. Front desk guys were very friendly.

Hotel is nice and clean. The staff was super friendly during our stay. The location is convenient as it’s steps away the train station and the city center. Our only problem was that the room didn’t have air conditioner and on days with 29-30C it was impossible to sleep. Also, our room was facing to the front of the building and the noise of trucks unloading at 5am kept us up.

Modest hotel ideally located
Excellent location, close to station. My room had a kettle and a fridge. Bed was soft but surprisingly comfy. Clean and a pretty good size. Unfortunately other guests were not very considerate, talking loudly in the corridor in the early hours and the annoying pingpong of the lift could be heard in the room.
