The appartment was spacious with two upstairs bedrooms and two showers, which was nice. The toilet was on the main floor, outside the appartment (between the exterior door to the building and the appartment door). Bonne communication avec la conciergerie , des bémols sur la propreté : ménage apparent propre mais beaucoup de poussière sous les lits ,les murs pourraient avoir un petit coup de lessivage … Ce qui n’est pas mentionné dans l’annonce , les toilettes sont » en dehors » de l’appartement ,c’est à dire dans l’entrée au froid !. Donc pas du tout pratique quand vous êtes dans les chambres au premier étage ! Dernier point il n’y a que 3 chaises pour prendre les repas , nous avons du prendre celle de l’extérieur. Dernier point le parking attribué à la location ,n’était pas disponible nous avons dû gérer le déplacement de notre voiture au quotidien car pas de parking longue durée à proximité ouvert ! La localisation n’est pas vraiment centre ville mais tout peut se faire à pied . Nous avons découvert Lille qui est une ville très agréable . ##### corinne c.
