Spare with the basics.

The best part of this rental was the communication with the property manager.The apartment does not have a lot of light and while it was clean on the surface, it is in need of deep cleaning and an overall update.My guess is that the photos may have been taken when the apartment was first refurbished.The entrance is dingy.
