"Primera impresión al llegar bastante negativa, ningún tipo de iluminación en las escaleras de acceso al hotel, recepción con horario muy limitado, interior del hotel en bastante mal estado, la habitación con una decoración muy austera, sin ningun cuadro y todo de color beige, solo 2 capsulas de cafe y no leche en ,a habitación,televisión muy pequeña, no usb points, no canales de televisión internacionales, rodapies en muy mal estado, buenas vistas a la playa de Ereaga, no buffet de desayuno tuvimos que usar el buffett del hotel Tamarises, las areas comunes del hotel en muy mal estado y muy poco cuidadas, el hotel en si necesita una reforma total. "
