Great location and suite perfect for long stay!
We loved the suites and the hotel location was the best,close to every thing and walking distance to bus stops,just to note there is no elevator,if you have a large luggage you will need to carry it up the stairs,otherwise perfect for long stay in Maastricht,we stayed there for a week and we loved it!

If we knew you didn't find in the information that in all apartments at least 1 window opens, we would have mentioned it to you in the days you stayed with us. There was a big stick behind the sofa that serves as a tool to open the high windows ;-) The personal ventilation systems does also provide fresh filtered air in your apartment. Kind regards

This place was epic. Very modern. Very clean. Location: right by a main square. Nepresso machine in room w/ three pods. Full kitchen, large flat screen tv/couch. Amazing place.

We had a very lovely stay at UR. The room was very nice and clean with a perfect location to André Rieu’s concert on the Vrijthof square. It’s very near the concert’s entrance; approx. 20 steps away. The reception is very helpful with smiles. They also provide convenient facilities for cooking and laundry.

These apartments are absolutely superb, beautifully fitted and the beds so comfortable. The location is fantastic too. One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. Highly recommended, amazing in fact !

A good option for Maastricht

A functional quiet well equipped apartment
Very well equipped quiet unit that was close walking distance to many features - which was surprising as it did not look that way on Google Earth. However like Tourist Information offices that should know better, there was poor information on public transport, ATMs, and the provided town map was out of date. Provided hire bicycles were handy but heavy and with an inconvenient crossbar. Wifi was very intermittent Bridgit in the office was very helpful.

Thank you John for this review, it was wonderful to have you and your wife as our guests. We went on the lookout for more tourist information brochures, but even a bus map cost 1,50 euro and cannot be obtained at any other place than the bus terminal. Many restaurants in Maastricht change fast, the town map was from 2018. Every 2 years they are renewing it. Not just like the 1st booking last year, our apt was with air conditioning, with coffee things supplies, clean our room on a daily basis. Now? Toilet has leak, nobody clean the room, no aircon, uneasy to coordinate with the reception. Maybe it’s time for me to look for another place to stay in when visiting my son who is studying in UM.

Unparalleled guest service and experience. Needed some documents printed and scanned this was done as soon as I requested the same on top the e mail was sent from the front desk. Whenever returning to Maastricht Urban will be my home away from home address.

First of all would like to thank Urban Residence for offering a pleasant experience. It was much more refined and clean than the pictures provided. Washer & Dryer was a plus. All the appliances were updated. It was not only beautiful inside it had a great local view. Neal & the other lady was very pleasant to work with and kind. Especially Neal responded quickly to our need. Most of all it was very very clean which I care the most. And both my husband & I were very happy! Definitely would like to come back! Recommend to all!
