very clean and bright room with clean on suite, there is also a cafe in front that is a focal points for locals. the staff were very polite, room was clean, only problem is the heating via aircon as i visited in january, nice balcony. ample breakfast and drinks. very good wifi and lots of parking onsite.

Its a nice little find of a place. Very clean rooms. Easy parking. Plenty of places to ear near by. I'd stay here again with my family again. We had 4 rooms and everyone was pleased.

Hotel is very nice, good pool. Breakfast was okay, we stayed 7 days and they served the same thing everyday. Staff was very nice and helpful, specially Mattia and the lady at the reception desk. Room was a good size for two people. Location is far from the center of Napoli, Uber and taxis are expensive, but around the hotel there were a couple of restaurants and coffee/bar shops. We got a rental car for our rest of the stay after paying $90 usd for a taxi from the airport to the hotel. Hotel is near kami beach.

This is the nicest hotel in this part of Naples. It’s minutes from the beach, has a nice pool area, is within minutes of tons of restaurants. No you won’t be able to walk to any of these because there are no sidewalks and Napolitian drivers will run you over. This is supposedly a non-smoking property but guests smoke in the hallways and on the balconies which means it will get into your room. It’s about a 35 minute drive from the Naples airport and downtown Naples. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and had plenty of choices in the European breakfast style. Coffee machine was stocked with excellent beans. There was no coffee machine or even an electric kettle in my room. That was a bummer. This is not a place you can leave anything you value in your room. The maids unlock all the doors on the floor when they are working and anybody can waltz into your room without them knowing. There is parking onsite which is safe and kept semi-secure. The breakfast server and the night desk clerk weren’t very cheerful or friendly. The day desk clerk was terrific and very helpful. All of the staff spoke English at least to some degree. Pool hours were only from 0900 to 1800 so that wasn’t so great. Even the beach has longer hours. Overall if you are looking for lodging in this part of Naples it is a jewel of a hotel. The price is very reasonable and it’s a nice place.

Hanging Out in Naples
This was a 5 night stay for business. Room was comfortable, internet worked well, water was hot and the shower had good pressure. Breakfast was good and the doors typically opened 10-15 minutes early. Only drawback, the AC thermostat in the room had an error every time it was turned on. Ok for this visit as temperatures were moderate, likely to be problematic in the summer.

A nice place to stay. I would not call it really a 4 star hotel but still a nice place to live (if not very expensive.). I would recommend you to stay here with car since public transport is not that great. There is a nice bar and pizza place next to hotel. I recommend that.

Good clean hotel with all staff members being very polite and helpful, cafe bar at the front of the hotel which offers plenty of variety of coffees, pizzas and plenty more. The hotel menu was varied throughout the week which and worthy of staying to sample the local cuisine. There read plenty of reviews of the location and hotel itself before leaving and yes some were true but if you want to just go and relax not travel and do all of the stressful things is British do in our day to day lives back home this is the place to go. They have a swimming pool that when reading the intinary would say it’s closed, it is to the public but not to hotel residents. Be aware that if you require a taxi from the airport it will cost you at least €90 euros one way for a 20 min taxi journey. There is a beach only a 10 minute walk away with plenty of cafes where you can grab a beer or in you fancy a expresso, snacks and again local cuisine is on offer. All in all lovely hotel - no dogs barking as someone initially said in one of the reviews but yes a busy cafe bar at the front of the hotel which doesn’t seem to close but that’s what the locals do and as they say when in Rome do as the Romans do... don’t whinge join them and experience the local traditions.

Pool closed daily at 6:30pm... to early! Bunk beds in room were squeaky and uncomfortable. Hotel staff lost their room key so room was not cleaned. Food at the restaurant was not edible and was still charged $40 Euros. Air conditioning did not cool sufficiently. Unfortunate experience!

Lovely Hotel
From the moment we arrived everything was perfect, the staff were so friendly and welcoming and switched our rooms so we could check-in early. We explored a bit, the beach is a 10-minute walk but actually we found the pool area to be a lot more comfortable so we stayed at the hotel for the remaining days. It's near a few nice restaurants which you can walk to or get a taxi. If you want to stay here and explore Naples and Pompeii then you probably need a car but for a weekend break it was just what we needed for relaxation. The staff are very accommodating.

Perfect stay for a good price (In May)
Front desk personnel is correct and helpful but without the customer-friendly touch that I would expect such as a warm greeting or a smile. The restaurant personnel gave the impression they didn't like their job very much, hardly looking at you and not very helpful, no smile either, just doing their ... boring job I suppose.Breakfast was OK, nothing special though, in the 13 days I stayed I only had fresh bread one single day. The room was spacious and very clean, with balcony and side view to the pool. All the cleaning ladies in the building were smiling and were very helpful - GRAZIE MILLE SIGNORE!!!. WIFI was vey lousy, The pool was great, ample space with sun loungers. The pool/barman was smiley and helpful. Ample parking and a very good price/quality ratio (at least in the period end May). Although the neighbourhood is not that great, I like to recommended the hotel. The beach is 500m away.

Ok but could be better in the summer.
The room was good and cleaned well every day. Some minor nuances such as no shower in the room with the hydro-massage or no water drain in the bathroom floor which ended up being a pool after each time I took a shower. There is also no ventilation in the bathroom which means you have to keep the window open. The place was also very noisy. My room was above a café/bar which meant there was a lot of noise in the evenings. There also was a school on a field trip I guess and the teens were very noisy at night. Breakfast was just ok-ish and the Wi-Fi sucked. And by the way the pillows were made of concrete! They were so hard it was difficult to get comfortable. With small improvements this could be a very nice hotel, maybe I picked the wrong time of the year to stay there.

Far from a 4* Hotel. Hard and uncomfy bed and pillows. Average toiletries, no bathrobe or slippers. No soundproofing, could hear people walking in the hall and people playing music way down the hall. Breakfast no more than average. Shuttle bus never on time. WiFi reception bad and very slow.

Perfect location away from downtown Naples
Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Naples but not too far away. We used the hotel as our base to visit Pompeii and Naples with our 12 & 9 year old boys. Hotel was perfect and without any problems at all. Great breakfast and staff were all helpful and friendly.

Good hotel, bad location
This is a nice, clean hotel but is very difficult to access it cheaply unless you take your life in your hands and hire a car/scooter. We used this hotel as a base to visit pompeii and rome. It cost us a fortune in taxi fares as the hotel is not in a great location and not accessible directly by train or bus. However if you need to be in Naples then staying outside of the main city is, in my opinion, a much better bet as the it is an absolute disgrace with litter and graffiti everywhere and with groups of young adults hanging around and ratching in bins.

Great hotel and wonderful room. We enjoyed our time at this hotel, just between 10 or 12 minutes walk to the beach which was very clean. The hotel is close to the shops and restaurants, specially I would recommend the Locos restaurant which was very close to the hotel. Food was great and surprisingly in big portions, great prices and great customer service we received. Rooms was cleaned on daily basis and their staff were very helpful. Also you can have their shuttles in the morning for free which takes you to Licola Station, and on your return at this station you could call the hotel staff to send you and a taxi which was very helpful. I would suggest this hotel as an affordable destination when visiting Naples, however by public transport Naples is an hour away, however we certainly enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our week in this lovely hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good a great selection of cakes and an adequate choice of savories. Bit far to travel to places but we used the free courtesy bus to Licola Train Station but return pick up was only till 4pm however we got to see Pompei, Capri, Almalfi Coast and Montesanto using this way to get to Napoli and change trains to Garibaldi Station. Trains and buses very cheap remember to buy your tickets at tobaconnists first for buses. There are a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance. The beach is a 10 to 15 minute walk away over a roundabout straight down till you see an arch go under athe arch where there is a box but nobody in so walk through and there is the beach and cafe. The only disapppointment with hotel hot tub not working on sun roof although advertised very misleading to find.
