"Amazing stay, we wish we could have had longer! Had a kind upgrade to a one bedroom apartment which was exceptionally spacious, pristine and with every utensil required. The apartment was lovely and with lots of natural light and super comfortable bed and great shower with water pressure. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, a lovely stay and highly recommended with a central location just a short walk from New Regent Street."

"The room I was given was not as described or pictured on the website, it was a blank white box. As far from boutique as you could imagine. If you want a romantic boutique experience, in my opinion, this is not it. If you’re only bothered about location then this will be fine for you. "

"The room was good, but the reception wasn't. I arrived at 2 o'clock, the check-in time, and was informed by the receptionist that my room wasn't ready. There is a bug going around.' I'm paying $500 a night for this room. I expect better than this." No response, no apology. She didn't care. After about 20 minutes, I was told my room was ready. I had never arrived at a good hotel and was told my room wasn't ready. And I don't usually book a $ 500-a-night hotel! I paid about half that price for the previous hotel, and it was very good. Very disappointed with The Muse!! Although I must say the room was very good. Lovely views!! I also acknowledged the next two receptionists, who, when I told them what had happened, did their best to make up for the first experience. "
