My wife had a medical issue, and the hotel provided a car to and from an urgent care center at no cost to us. The rooms were clean and spacious. We would gladly stay there again if we visit Budapest"

"as hotel was transferred to verdi, and the last 10+ years the quality and maintenance of the hotel went down. Staff is very nice, however can not handle all with "i am so sorry"
the hotel really looks outdated, and sometimes corridors looks dirty as carpets are used. Spa/Pool area, after upgrading the sauna, looks dirty again, the 3rd pool, which was always hot, nice to relax is cold.
Still believe that with small effort could be better"
