"Customer Service - Very good and polite staff. Staff helped me upgraded my room, booked chartered taxi and airport transfer. Hotel Location: Very convenient - Next to Taipei MRT Station and HSR, Family Mart (ATM Machine). Unique amenities: Complimentary welcome drink at 17 cafe, happy hour snacks and drinks, complimentary breakfast included in room rate. Currency exchange available. Jade restaurant - disappointed food and service. It was supposed to close at 9:30pm, chef left at 9pm, no rice provided for my orders said chef gone for the night."
