Super comfy bed, clean, quiet. Convenient options for food and drinks with a full bar. Also appreciated the amenities in the room -coffee, fridge, microwave, extra linen/towels, sofa lounge area. Concession store also very convenient for toiletries and snacks

Very family friendly layout and sleeping options. Only thing is that room needed some detail cleaning. There were some dirty socks in the trundle bed, lots of dust and hair in corners and around furniture. Bu tnot a huge deal. Main areas were clean. Bed and bedding were clean. Maybe they can add mattress protectors. I always check for bedbugs and noticed some part of the matresses were unpleasant.

The staff at this SpringHill Suites were phenomenal. Special shout out to Cynthia who has been a great member of their team for many years. The housekeeping staff, the bartender, the front desk every employee was great. I travel a lot for work and this is one of the best managed hotels I have seen at this price point. -Scott

I was really looking forward to staying at Springhill. The area was nice around the hotel, was in a safe spot, staff was nice, however, our room had a spot where the floor was coming up, the fridge in the room didn’t work, the door to the shower room didn’t close all the way, and the faucet in the half bath wasn’t secure.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are large and I really enjoy having a sofa to sit on in the evening. Breakfast is good with a nice variety.

Irma made a difference
Irma the lady for the breakfast service was so lovley and helpful. Her chipper demeanor was welcomed in the morning. When I couldn't open the gym door (due to human error) she left her post and came to help. She didn't even laugh at me, although I did. We had a nice little chat about my work and why I was in town over my breakfast. When you are away from home and loved ones it's comforting to share a conversation with someone. The lady that checked me in was also quite pleasant and welcoming although I did not catch her name as I was extremely tired.

I booked this hotel because it has a bar only to find out the bar is no longer open on the weekends. My stay was great but definitely would've booked at another hotel where the bar is open on the weekends.

The hotel smelled clean as we arrived. My wife and I noted the hallway and elevator were clean. Upon entering our room we were pleasantly surprised as to the condition of our room. The front desk was very professional and courteous both in checking in and checking out. We will definitely stay here again

It was an ok stay. The condition could have been better. There was no lock on the restroom and we found an old apple between the bed and nightstand. Also they were unable to get thre coins out of the dryer so we could dry the clothes we washed so we had to go to a hotel next door to dry them.

From check in to check out, our experience was excellent! Lisa was very friendly and professional at check in, as well as our check out clerk! Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable! The complimentary breakfast was the best we’ve ever had! We, along with our dear Friends spent one night before cruising. We will definitely stay here again!
