The hotel is badly run. People there have no idea how to manage staff or handle difficult situations. We have paid for a stay in a reportedly prestigous 4* hotel. When we arrived there was no internet, on the next day there was no electricity, then on the third day elevators broke and we had to carry everything from 7th floor to the ground floor. And then the day before we were leaving there was no water so we could not take a shower after a long day of skiing, or make a coffee. Throughout our stay and all these situations the management did nothing to comfort its guests. No compensation was offered, no help with at least getting a hot coffee or tea when there was no water. Very poor customer service all the way.

Great place, good breakfast and attentive staff!! Plus we had a beautiful view of the mountains from our unexpected balcony!!

I LOVED THE SERVICE! I ALSO ENJOYED THE BREAKFAST, VERY COMPLETE! I WOULD SAY, UNIQUE!. THE HOTEL IS CLOSE TO THE SLOPES, WITH PARKING LOT.

Smokers paradise
The front desk was great and provided perfect service. Our room itself was really nice and recently remodeled. However, if you are going for a true spa and wellness experience this is definitely not the hotel for you. Even though it's supposed to be a non-smoking room the floors below us were smoking constantly out on their balconies and all of the smoke drifted up into our room and was worse than for you try to open the windows to clear it out it at all. We had a great view but couldn't even go out on our balcony because the floors below allowed smoking.

Sehr gut war das Frühstück und die Umgebung Zimmer mit Balkon war gut,bis auf die Toilette die war sehr klein und eng, ein paar kräftige Menschen haben dadrin Probleme Es gibt einige Minuspunkte Personal war freundlich,konnte aber kein Deutsch Montag Anreise,Heizung war kalt; Es waren Außentemperatur 5grad Es musste Kaution bezahlt werden im Hotel bei Check in Hab ich auch noch nie gehabt Sauna musste nach 30min bezahlt werden Check out gab es keine Rechnung,sollte online kommen Sitzmöbel in der Lobby waren dreckig und fleckig Im Großen und Ganzen war der Urlaub nicht zufrieden stellend

Hallo, wir freuen uns sehr, dass Sie Ihren Aufenthalt bei uns genossen haben. Leider haben einige Zimmer eine andere Aufteilung, daher sind einige Badezimmer/Toiletten kleiner. Damit wir Ihnen einen angenehmen Aufenthalt auf Deutsch wünschen können, nimmt das Personal an Deutschkursen teil, ist aber leider noch in der Lernphase. Die Heizung dürfte auf keinen Fall kalt gewesen sein und tut uns sehr leid. Die Kaution wird beim Check-in bezahlt, aber alles kann auch online über andere Server bezahlt werden, es ist auch eine rückzahlbare Kaution und wir ziehen nichts von Ihrem Konto ab. Die Zahlungsmethoden für Wellness usw. werden von Pytloun festgelegt und dienen ausschließlich der finanziellen Sicherheit des Unternehmens und Ihnen. Wir entschuldigen uns für die kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten und werden unser Möglichstes tun, um zu verhindern, dass so etwas noch einmal passiert. Wir freuen uns, wenn Sie wieder bei uns übernachten. To long check in The bar was a little boring, sold out of some drinks. The only positive was the breakfast. And there was a lot of problems with the locker too the room, it didn’t work.

We Used this hotel for one night. 2 adults and 2 children. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment, but got a single room with 2 beds. They didnt have anything Else. The pool/spa was closed. And restaurant at night a terrible visit. A 3 course menu came all within 30 minuts, didnt even finish starters before main came on, same with desserts. The Girl at the reception was Very friendly and breakfast great. But overall not What we expected by a 4* hotel.

Au pied des pistes
Personnel très accueillant et serviable. L'établissement est situé à plus de 1km du centre ville mais au pied des pistes (télésièges fermés en été). Pas de clim dans les chambres, c'est un peu rude quand il fait très chaud et que les fenêtres ne peuvent que s’entrebâiller.

Etwas außerhalb, jedoch direkt am Skilift gelegen. Leider ist es im Haus laut (Brandmelder piepen und Türen knallen zu). Das Personal ist jedoch sehr freundlich :-) und das Frühstück umfangreich.
