The bedding was comfortable. The breakfast had no herbal tea or raisin bran - my go-to's - but it had hot items, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, etc. I particularly liked that the pool was open long hours - both a.m. and p.m.! The desk clerk was friendly and efficient.

The room was very nice. Clean and the hotel was quiet. The mattress was very comfortable. Continental breakfast options plenty and good.

Always stay here when i go to Liberal. Always nice staff, clean, quiet, great location for our needs. Breakfast is ok and works but i woukn't call it great.

The stay at this motel was comfortable. During our 4 day stay, my son and I enjoyed a hot breakfast with plenty of surprising good coffee. More variety of hot entrees would be the only improvement I could suggest. Southwest Medical Center is a stones throw from the motel location. My son was a patient there due to a tractor accident. During our stay, the elevator was out of order and unavailable for an evening. This caused quite an inconvenience for my son and his broken leg. He crabbed walked backwards up to our 3rd floor room. An additional elevator would have ckme in handy for such an event

room was nice. bed was comfy. Curtains did not close completely and since my room was on the first level I felt uncomfortable. Unable to get the fridge open for the yogurt in the morning for breakfast. Little pricey for the age of the property.

Our stay was pretty decent and the rooms were clean. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 6:15AM. I don't know if that's normal, but it woke me up and seemed to be way too early. It seemed like someone was cooking in the hotel rooms during the day. My room kept smelling like different dishes. One day it got so strong that I started getting nauseated and called the front desk. The front desk was very friendly and said he would look into it. It seemed to dissipate after a few hours. I would still stay here again especially since it seemed pretty clean.

Nice enough property, but Direct TV is a deal breaker these days. No weather channel (essential when traveling across country), the guide wasn't working, front desk staff couldn't help and no PM maintenance. I wouldn't stay there again, strictly because of the TV issues. I'm not sure what makes this a "Plus" property, but it's not the TV service.
